Unauthorized billing

I signed up this morning to Australian -Records.com because I wanted to gain access to records which would enable me to trace relatives in Australia. I paid £19.97 by debit card, accessed the site, and found it to be useless.

It was supposed to be possible to claim a refund...

I need to find two beneficiaries. I pay the allotted amount on my husband's card. Was accepted...only to find the site does not exist.
You obviously had other complaints about this site. Why do you not investigate it? This is a case for the Police surly....
