Very dissatisfied with liposuction/smart lipo on upper arms. They are still the same circumference almost a year later. I experienced no skin tightening as promised by the advertisements for Smart Lipo, my arms are stil just as big, but now they look worse because the fullness has been reduced...

Please note the following correction: Dr. Michael Gray is a Fellow with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons (I did a search at www.cosmeticsurgery.org) but he is not listed with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in Michigan, which is where he practices.
