Did not receive order!

We ordered 2 online gift certificates to be mailed to the recipients address. We placed the order on 12-16-07 and the order still has not been received. (1/25/08). We have contacted Toys R us twice and they have failed to deliver the gift cards still. They say they have shipped the cards...
