Over the course of the next few months, I made several calls, none of which were returned. I emailed, and the emails were generic...."We apologize...

I ordered a lenox placesetting from placesettings.com on july 3,2007. After repeated attempts to get my order I finally cancelled my order on November 30, 2007. I have not received my refund of $87.94 and I can't reach placesettings.com by phone or e-mail....

On December 22, 2007, I placed a $492.77 order from PlaceSettings.com for a line of China that is not at all hard to find. I knew my order was too late for Christmas delivery, but I planned to give it as a slightly late Christmas gift.

I ordered china from them May of 2007. I continually received excuses as to why my china was not being shipped. I finally received some of my order in Nov. 2007 and Dec. 2007. However they still owe me six pieces. I suspected they were not a legitimate company by the way they handled my order...

I am writing to the BBB, Office of the Attorney General, the Lenox manufacturer and will call the State Police. Criminal activity...
