Deceptive loan practices and unresponsive customer service

Two weeks ago we tried to pay off a home loan we had with Nationstar Mortgage who had evidently bought the original loan from Centrex. After receiving a call that we were overdue, I spoke with several different service representatives all of whom told me that they had not received the check....

Stealing from their homeowners!

They have added corporate advances to our loan in the amount of 15,000.00 that we DID NOT receive. They will not remove them and cannot show us where we received them....
