I applied for a loan online...I went to check my balance in my checking account, and all of a sudden there is $31.98 taken out of my checking account. I NEVER authorized anyone to take money out of my account. I want a full refund. I never signed up for Identity Theft, And I do not want it....

i spoken with rep on 04/08/08 sign up in error rep gave me a cancel number of 2344686 on 04/16/08 money was still taken out of my bank account amount of 39.90 rep told me to go on line and do a refund i went on line again on 04/21/08 put in a refund i still have not receive my refund of 39.90...
