ABA Plumbing is company owned by a single man (Mazen Hashem). We called the plumber to fix the plugged toilet. He didn't get the problem fixed and left our place. He charged us extra for the work he didn't do. He simply told us to pour bleach in the toilet and that will solve the problem....

I had a bust geyser and the cost was R10830.00. Their advert stated they were the cheapest, however the amount charged is twice other plumbers. I was also told that my insurance would reimburse. They only paid back R4735.55, less that what I paid....

From my experience, I would not recommend that anybody signs up with the Direct Energy "Plumbing Protection" Plan. Read their agreements very carefully. They are setup to leave the individual with no rights. They insert wording in the contract to deny coverage if there is any doubt...
