bought package on 9/22/08... never recieved the e-mail as promised, and a week later chg on my credit card, was suppose to be 7 business days later not 4 dayslater... this is a scam and now they have chged my credit card.. i was foolish, but they are wrong to pray on people as myself.. disabled.....

Aetna SRC okays every thing and pays nothing! This should be their moto. I have 50K hospital bill from my surgery which was required, plus 20K in doctor bills I am still trying to pay off. The hospital verified my coverage and payment, but Aetna stated is was over my coverage, why pay 280 dollars...

I switched my VOIP service from Lingo to Comcast in May. I attempted to make several phone calls to Lingo to cancel my account, but was never able to speak to a customer service rep. Instead I heard a voice message telling me that Lingo's voicemail box was full before my call was dropped.
