WC Value Plus-V shows no physical address, no E-mail address, and a none working phone number... They charged my credit card with $16.95 a charge that I did not make. In fact I can not even find out who they are??? Much less how to get in touch with them... I have had this charge on my credit...

I suddenly have been getting charges on my bank statement for $59.90. I have NO idea who these people are. I have never been in contact with them or purchased anything from them.
