I have been with Delta Sky Miles for years, then a couple of years ago they told me they have canceled my miles and my number was not good anymore. Subsequently American Express Delta offered me a card, first year free and I said Yes.
Now they claim my address does not match the address...

CHASE IS A RIP OFF. I paid my chase bill online on a sunday afternoon. For some reason, I could not submit the payment on the due date( which is the actual date I was making the payment). There system would only let me submit my payment for the following date, which would make my payment late....
