First i was given credit card having logo of Hindustan Petroleum, on which there was no surcharge if i filled on HP gas station. Then i was upgraded to Business Card with same limits & status. I was told that the facilities of the previous card remains intact. But now...

i don't know what is happen with ivory coast mobile sms (all mobile sim card provider). everytime i wanna send a sms it can be deliver or it can not be. this problem is happen till 5 days or more, then the other time it's just work maximize for 2 days. it makes me so frustated. everyone...
