They sent me a ballot to check if i won theres not even website, why would they do that when i send them a check for books i make sure the money is there don't treat people like fools....

Purchased this rather expensive bed & mattress set in 1999. (Total purchase was $ 3, 831.94) Had the sleighbed for not even a month and had to return the "Foot board" due to a manufacturing error in the workmanship of the wood. The wood was splitting at the foot bases/stands.

I was charge $37.50 to my credit card on July 7 for the above sample product which I was only supposed to be charge 6.95 for shipping on the sample which was charge to my credit card on July 8th. I am disputing the charge of $37.50 to my credit card company as I have canceled any further orders...

For months the Readers Digest has been advertising contests where prizes can be won. When you attempt to gain access to the site to register there is nothing available. This is irresponsible and fraudulent exploitation. I did not think that such a household named magazine could stoop so low....

Purchased a bedroom set on opening day in June 2008. Salesman wasn't too sure of many of the details and we asked if we could take advantage of the 'Don't pay a cent event' and not pay for 12 months. "Not a problem"..."but we need a 25% downpayment"...even...
