I recently serviced my honda civic fron patterson honda ringwood victoria, they ripped me off . They charged me 515.70 dollors for service but didn't even changed the eingine oil. My car not been serviced properly. After service when i driven home & checked my engine oil still black....

I have noticed debits coming from my credit card from webbill.com and have emailed them asking them to stop any further amounts coming out as I dont know what they are for and cant remember authorising.

I used this service once & regretted it. All was fine until I received my order & DHL charged me around $20 on top of the shipping fee I had paid Bongo Int. so the savings on shipping Bongo claim to be 1 of their biggest advantages just disappeared. Bongo promised to check up on this...

We hired a car from this company for one week from 15th to 22nd October and we have still not had a refund of the bond money. Each time I contact them, I am given a mobile number to contact regarding the refund but I cannot get through on it. It just goes to a message asking me to try again...
