RIPOFF offers-Customer No Service

I just paid $20 to recharge my account. After confirmation of payment my account balance shown as $14.00. Customer service is a JOKE. I was told that i agreed to buy a movie package by clicking on confirm payment. DO NOT BUY RELIANCE....
