why is it that you have too many staff but only one check out is opened even the store is yet to close, the staff(supervisor)is busy counting the money.
first priority should be always the customers.
you can count the money when you close the store.
Make customers comfortable whenever they are purchasing something. Dont be too rude and dont run away from serving.
Thank you.Dont prioritise other things rather than customer making wait.especially late in the evening a d during sundays when you close too soon but still customers are inside because of only one checkout opened and only one staff serving.
