I had ordered 8 shirts. Two didn't fit and I didn't like them so I returned them. The other 6 I liked but were too small so I returned them with the other two and wanted an exchange for a larger size on the 6 shirts. I filled out the exchange form, used the prepaid label which was a charge of $7.50. I shipped everything via USPS as Woman Within requested on August 27, 2015. I never heard back about my return. ionly a smaller size returned them for an even exchange only a size smaller one pkg had'nt even been opened they enformed me a moth later when i called about it that the could;nt exghange and was sending me a check for 13.00 the loungers are 29.99 each i told them to keep it and send me the loungers back and they told me they would not so i loose my money and no loungers every book i received from the these loungers were always the same price of 29.99 they are only paying 6.50 each what a rip off at least they could return the ones i sent back and i would have something for my money...

Have been customer for approximately 10 years. Clothing has declined in quality, both fabric and workmanship are poor. Recently sent gift to daughter, who returned outfit due to poor quality and fit. Woman within credited my account for the outfit and I was sent a bill for original S&H ($7.99) as well as additional return fee ($7.50) by company and additional charge of $2.00 by woman within credit division. It ended up costing me $17.49 for NOTHING. I have cancelled my credit card with Woman Within and have tried (unsuccessfully!) to cancel the endless wave of catalogs. The customer service ladies...

I have been a Woman Within customer for at least 15 years. But I will give my money to another company from now on. Recently I placed an order, under my long held account, using a relative's credit card, which had a name and address I had used several times in the past. They sent me a confirmation email, ten days later my relative called to say she received a postcard from Woman Within asking her to call. The customer service rep at Woman Within said my order was sent to Customer Protection to verify the credit card, but they sent a card to my relative, taking 10 days without filling the order,...

20120901: Woman Within USED to be a good company, selling plus-size quality, attractive clothing at reasonable prices. Over the past 8-10 years, however, they keep sinking to new lows, such as losing the quality of their items and inundating me with their endless catalogs, even though I have repeatedly asked to be "unsubscribed." I placed an order on August 5. The item was in stock according to the web site. Right after the order was submitted I was informed that it was back ordered and would be shipped on Sept 6. I have called five times since then and have not reached anyone who could tell me why the item was never shipped. Five people including a supervisor claim it is in stock but no one, including the supervisor can determine why it was never shipped. I made on order on Sunday and realized the order did not qualify for the free products. There is no where on the web site to cancel an order. I emailed customer service immediately. The next day I called and it took me two hours to get hold of someone. They said that since the order was "in Process" they could not cancel it? Doesn't make sense to me. If it has not been shipped-- it should be able to be canceled.

Do not order from these people, they are crooks!...

I grew up with catalog shopping, but I have had the worst luck with this company in the past couple of years & especially of late.. Sizing can be inconsistant and I find I have about a 50/50 chance that what I order will actually fit. This would be merely an inconvenience if it weren't for the shipping and return charges. I sent an item back for a refund, and they issued me the refund and THEN charged my debit card on file for an additional payment (the same item, different color). They used my card number without my permission and I only noticed the charge posted to my debit card account 3 days AFTER the item I never ordered in different color was mailed to me. Please, never leave your debit card information on file with them, they can do whatever they want with it....

I've never had any billing problems with this company, thankfully. However, nine times out of ten when I order an item, I get a notice a few days later that it is on back-order, with an estimated date of delivery, usually a few months in the future. Then, a week before it is due to be shipped, they send a notice that it has been cancelled because they no longer have the item. This is a company that has been in business for years. I ordered 3 items from the Woman Within Catalogue. One was backordered and I returned the other 2 as they didn't fit. I had to pay shipping and handling to send them their merchandise back to them . I was charged for this order even though I had a proof of delivery from the Post Office that they were returned. Items bought by mom for me for Christmas were too large. I placed return as instructed, asked for smaller size, sent two gift cards and check for other items ordered in addition to return. Wait more than 4 weeks for items then start emailing. They just return several email responses not addressing concerns. Finally I call and get run around on how they handled request, tell me I can use what they know are the unredeemed gift cards without a pin which was never given to purchaser. I warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company... DON'T!!! The clothing I ordered was made very poorly and I returned 95% of the order. I asked to have three items replaced with ones of the correct size. I called my order in on 11-07-10. They had problem with my credit card at first, but she told me it finally went thru to processing. I told her if she had a problem with it to call the next day and I would give her another card no. I didn't hear from her so I called back to check on the order and the man said it went thru and it would be to me by tues. My email to them: I tried to place an order online and ran into several problems: 1. It wouldn't accept the discount code I received via email (LB7784) for an additional 15% off my order. 2. The coupon code it gave me online, for 30% off the highest priced item, was applied against the wrong item. 3. A free item, 0054-25286-1083, was charged to me and that is the item that received the discount. Two customer service agents were unable to help--one put me on hold and lost me and the second transferred me to the internet department, where the agent was rude after not explaining himself correctly....

World Financial Network National Bank (dba: Woman Within) has allowed Reservation Rewards to perpetrate a scam on it's customers.

I went to the website to order clothing from them and evidently when I completed the order, this company has a way to trick you into signing up for whatever they are selling. I did not knowingly sign up for this, I just wanted to order clothes, as I have done since 1973.

This bank has since harrassed me on the phone several times daily, added late charges to my account and reported this to the credit bureau.
