I’ve been waiting four months for my upper denture. I was finally told by the office on my last appointment that the upper denture would be ready in one to two weeks that they’re having problems with the lab this will be the third time in 40 years that I’ve have the false teeth made so I’m very hurt right now I just don’t understand it every time they send me a message in a text form they say that for me to get a hold of them and every time I call different agencies keep transferring me to Arroyo grande Dentist no one answers the phone I don’t get it. Could they be sent there then just give them to me and I’ll go to another dentist. I have My Dentist In Fresno , but I didn’t want to travel 300 miles thank you Trisha ASAP please

June I went to Western dental on Martin Luther King St. in Stockton California where in the doctor said I had an infection but it was a small one did not provide amoxicillin waited until August to provide me with an appointment on the 18th which I had another appointment with my family doctor. I couldn’t make it on that day to get my teeth pulled out, I was waiting already two months almost 3 my face has been swollen since June and I have my glands on the left side is swollen. I have my doctor do a sonogram on it and it’s caused by infection. I told the dentist wait until August 18 but their appointment and now my appointments on this Thursday I want to sue because I paid for the gum whitening for your teeth which I can’t use because of my tooth being swollen and I’ve been having that since June. I want someone to do something because I called last week I think it was on a Monday and no one has called me all week to let me know about my complaint.

I have trying to make an appointment in the city is Santa Cruz . For some reason they gave me an appointment in San Jose . I cannot make the trip to San Jose . I have told the representatives several times about my request. They keep on making appointments for me in San Jose . I have lost over two hours of my time today trying to talk to some one live . I just got on the phone with someone just right now and I asked if they could take a complaint . They said yes and immediately hung up on me .

Because of their bad service and over charging for procedures I asked for a refund back in March of 2023. They claimed it would take about 30 business days to resolve. I called at the end of May and they communicated the refund would be posted that week. I called mid June and now they are claiming that it is still bing processed and it will take at least 30 more business days. It is now June of 2023 and no refund and every time I call I get excuses. I wrote to the CEO and no response what so ever. I regret ever doing business with this company and hope others understand this before doing business with them.

It is clear that the CEO doesn't care about it's customers .

I was at the western dental office last year in October 22. I was told that I needed a bone graff however I didn’t receive it because I didn’t want to get the implant because is very expensive.

The dentist never notified on my account that I didn’t get a bone graff and now I’ve been getting charged for something that I didn’t receive. When I call the office in Hawthorne to speak with Amanda she never answered the phone. She told me they would contact me regarding my account. Also I had to go in person to speak with her. The day I had tooth extraction I waited 4 hours to see the dr when my appointment was scheduled at 930 am. This is the worse dental company ever.

I came into western Dental for a regular cleaning. Before I went there I had no cavities or any oral problems. I was being upsold. I took a $320 deep clean I didn't need after turning down the same upsell I heard everyone else being given. I was being ignored in the chair as the hygienist chipped my healthy back left molar chit chatting about her vacation not even paying attention. My healthy molar is now jagged and shap. Causes me a lot of pain. I went for a general check up and left with a sharp painful left back molar. I expect a timely response. This is NOT ok. I want my money back and compensation to go-to a dentist's office that doesn't leave you worse off than when you arrived. What is going on there? I expect a response in a timely fashion. I was charge $2809.00 for Xray and cleaning. I gave my insurance card, Xray and cleaning are supposedly part of maintenance and should be covered. I was not aware of the cost until everything was done. Only partial cleaning was done.

Western dental should have made me aware of the cost before they start xray and cleaning.

Orthodontist was charging $500.00 just to look at my brace and $1500.00 to fix it. They rob you right in from your eyes.

These doctors have dollar sign in their eyes once a patient walks in. They don't care about the patient.

What a horrible place to go to! I will never recommend this place to anyone! stay away!

May5, 2023 I went to my check up too have some hope I could posibly het my smile back that some one mean in my life that im no longer with took my smile away when he broke my teeth out and told me I diseved it well bad carma can bite u in the [censored] so I went to my appt and the lady at the front was very nice and helpful did the paper work and I sat and waited for them to cal me there were no people in the place and im just sitting for a good time and I I wss sitting in a chair that wasnt clean at all the wating room was so dirty and dusty the called mt back to get my exrays and the vest she had me put on wss dirty and the set smalled like old sweat the trash can was over flowimg trash the girl that took my exrays wazsnt all that nice and there was alady tjat I didnt no what she was there for the dintast didnt give a [censored] the I have med a cad he was so rude when I left there I felt dirty I will never go back there again so if your thinking a bout goimg there keep in mine its not a clean helthy place to go and rude as hell I wished I never went the not a clean place

On January 9, 2003 I had a gold crown removed at the Western Dental located on 1468 E. Valley Parkway, Escondido, Ca. As I was leaving I asked for my gold crown, the dental assistant whose name is Mike (I don’t know his last name) said that I couldn’t have it. That it was going to be 1st polished & that when I returned to get my new crown I then would receive it. I was all numbed up from the treatment & was tired since the appointment was after work. I was tired & wasn’t thinking straight, so I said ok & left that evening. A month later when I went to get my new crown I then asked there at the office for my gold crown. The lady who was assisting me gave me a blank stare. She had no idea what I was asking her about. She said she didn’t know anything about my gold crown. I then told her the story about the dental assistant. They then told me that Mike doesn’t originally work there at that location. He works at the office in Clairemont. She told me that perhaps my gold crown was thrown away w/ the hazmat. I became so distraught, angry & very upset. Because who throws away a piece of gold as a hazmat? The lady in the front office then explained that Mike was there that week that I was 1st treated to have my gold crown removed b/c that week they were short on staff. I swear that if I had seen Mike that day I would have physically confronted him. I’m not a person to ever get in a fight, but at that moment I felt violated. That was my piece of gold. Maybe it wasn’t worth much, but it meant a lot to me. I am now going to change dentist & plan to leave a terrible reviews on several internet websites discouraging people from ever going to Western Dental.

They charge you for services not rendered.They talk you into opening a Care Credit Card for payment then after you pay it off they charge additional fees and also bill your insurance company. I have not been there in a year after paying them off. Paid over 7000.00 and my implants are not completed will be going to another dentist Then in December get a new bill for 3200.00. I know they been doing this to people before would like to find do out more.

I was looking over my accounts for my credit and saw a new account started October 5,2022. I have not used Western Dental in about 5 years. I know that I have an outstanding balance with them, but i know i did not create this account.

I am unable to give more information as to location of services, Doctor visited and procedures complete. Please look into this and see if someone has started an account in my name. Below you will see a screen shot of account age, this is my credit report.
