Wendy’s $1 hamburger

After watching ad on tv we decided to order 2 of the$1 march madness burger. I was told by a nastier boss that I could not have the order as it is only for customers that have the app and are regular customers. I could put the ap on my phone but as I wasn't a regular customer I still was denied. All I wanted to do was try the advertised $1 hamburger.. So I went back to our standby. Burger king where I always have good service and delicense food.

Sorry we did not get to try wendys so I dont know if it was good or not but after being rebuffed by the manager we wont be back..

Wendy’s Tasty breakfast croissant, not a good value.

I've always enjoyed Wendy's food, and it's been awhile since our last visit. Today, 3/19/24, we decided to have a breakfast treat at our local Wendy's. We chose two Sausage, Egg, & Swiss Croissants. While the sandwich was tasty, and the service good, I was still disappointed at the small sandwich offered for $5.79 each. It could not have been larger than 3-1/2 inches square & 1 inch thick. Total cost for both sandwiches, plus tax came to $12.64. It's just not a good value & I would not do it again, and would not also recommend anyone else to try it. I won't be going back to Wendy's considering their regular prices.

Wendy’s Drive thru service

On 03/18/24 at approximately 9:00pm at the Wendy's Drive Thru for their Kensington Park location at 2200 SR 434 Longwood, Florida 32750. I ordered a taco salad and drove home to discover that there was NO sour cream and NO tortilla chips in my bags, I was also NOT given or offered a receipt ! This is NOT the only time this drive thru location has cheated me of products. But it is the LAST time I will patronize a Wendy's location. Shame on Wendy's for bad service and cheating customers !

Wendy’s Drive-thru

Today (3/16/24) at approximately 2 PM, I placed an order on the Mobile App. I was only 10 minutes away from the restaurant, so figured that it would be ready by the time I got there. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was seriously out to the street. I sat in line for at least 20-25 minutes, and saw 4 cars leave in front of me. The reason? The line wasn't moving at all. I knew by then my food would be cold, so I drove around to the entrance to the restaurant and went inside to see about my order. I stood at the counter for awhile, being ignored, and finally someone who I assume was the manager, came up and asked what I needed. I explained the situation to her, and she asked to see my order. She checked and said they hadn't prepared my order anyway. She said to give her 2 minutes and she would get my order. I guess her idea of 2 minutes and mine are completely different. I stood there at least 10 minutes more before someone else handed me my order. To say I was incensed at that point is an understatement. While waiting I observed the operation of the restaurant, and no one except the manager seemed to know what they were doing. The place was NOT busy, there were only about 10 customers in there. When someone would place their order and drive up, they would sit there at least 5 minutes before they got it. So it wasn't that the place inside or out was busy, the service was just exceptionally slow. I have better ways to spend my Saturday, and I'lll be damned if Wendy's gets anymore of my business!

Wendy’s Service at 2024 E Camelback Rd Phoenix AZ 80016

When i arrived at your 2024 east camelback road store (near best buys) there was nobody to take my order. As i waited several minutes i watched the female hispanic manager (?) pick her nose with her fingers and blow her nose on her shirt. Sooo very gross and unsanitary...I had to leave and do not know if i will ever go back.

Wendy’s surge pricing

I will no longer be dining at Wendys. I think it is terrible you want to do surge pricing. Things are tough enough for consumers and now you want to do this. I have deleted my Wendy's app on my phone and will not eat there anymore. Many of my friends are doing the same. Your greed is a terrible thing. I hope the other fast foods realize this is an EPIC FAIL with surge pricing and will not follow suit.

Wendy’s English muffin sandwich

We ordered breakfast and it was the most nasty sandwich I have ever had. The english muffin was soggy with dripping oil butter stuff... Its hard to get an english muffin soggy just sayin. This is the thrid time in two weeks that we have had an issue with this location... Small town few options... Manger was no help at all said she was at bank when happened... No I am sorry let me do this or that... No real customer service. I work hard for my money and when I buy something just return the favor and give me what I paid for that simple.

Wendy’s OVERPRICED abysmal quality, cheap ingredients -used to be my favorite but no more

I'm 53 and absolutely loved Wendy's. My parents would treat us every weekend and I enjoyed about ever item on the menu until my 2012 when they went "chipotle" flavor and changed their chili salad. That was the last time I or any of my family ordered a chilli salad.

Then quality went down hill. When we traveled across the country we would seek out Wendy's but again and again... and again we were infuriated by horrible food. HORRIBLE to the point I threw away entire meals.

No they changed the frosty recipe. Literally the only item that my entire family would still consider ordering has changed to a watery goop.

I give up wendy's. Tell K-mart we said hi

Wendy’s Defective Soda Machine

I was at the Wendy’s Restaurant at 1661 Hyland Boulevard, Staten Island, NY (Store #1036) on Saturday, 12/23/2023 at 12:54 PM.

I purchased my meal and was given a cup to draw my own drink from a choice of 2 machines. The first machine I attempted to use spit out the syrup instead of the syrup/seltzer mix. I then proceeded to use the second machine, which was even worse, resulting in syrup being sprayed all over my legs/shoes, as per the pictures below. The manager, Jessey, said he couldn’t do anything about it. He checked the machine, although why I don’t know, and stated it was ok – when it obviously wasn’t. He gave me a wet paper towel to try to clean myself off, but it didn’t work – my pants and shoes were stained with orange syrup. I asked if the store was going to pay for my dry cleaning and/or replacement of my pants/shoes. Jessey stated I would have to contact Wendy’s directly, so here I am.

I've sent a total of 3 emails to Wendy's complaint department, and haven't had the courtesy of any meaningful response beside 'thanks for reaching out'. This is the most annoying company I have ever tried to deal with. Their blatant disregard for their customers is truly mind boggling. I guess they figure if they never answer your complaint that you'll just give up and go away.

If anyone knows how to get their attention so I can get my issue resolved, it would be much appreciated.

Wendy’s Customer service

I went into Wendy's 512 Main St Buffalo, NY today 2/8/24 around 2:30 when I left my doctor's office. I was not feeling well but needed something to settle my stomach. I ordered chili and fries. He went to get the fries and chili. I asked him if the fries where hot. He said he did not know. I said I am only asking because if they are not hot I am only going to return it. He said return it then, I don't care. That is when I politely canceled my order. First of all he should not be touching the register/handling money then touching my food and he also should have offered to drop some fresh fries. Wendy's used to advertise that the fries would definitely be hot when ordered. I don't think he got the memo.

Wendy’s Apple pecan salad

On 2/6/24, at the Wendy's on E. 96th Street in Indpls., IN ...Ordered this salad and the store did not have all the toppings; but would not refund money and GM very rude about it. Said they do not do refunds even if the issue is their fault. Said did not know they did not have all the toppings until it was sold to me. They took back my salad but no refund.

Wendy’s Denied employment

* denied employment based on lies and even the manger made something up and was allowing a minor to disrespect older adults and then allows the minor to do what ever he wanted and then disrespects and then goes on making snide remarks. This happen in morgantown wv and that the minor was given me dirty looks and then the middle finger but the manger on site allowed it and then manger began death threats and saying she would blow up p3 services with bombs and that the other employees were going to help her obtain such corruption that caused FBI to arrest the mand shut down all wendys nationwide.

Desired outcome: First off they need to remove , Nick Bigley off a none hire list because he can use it to sue based on the company was doing physical body harm is why they did what they did to him.

I am aware how they were treating him and refused to give him a break and that there gonna allow a underage to disrespect a adult while on the clock . Well guess what that employee needs to be the one terminated not nick . There was no purpose what's so ever and that there was times i would go visit nick but didn't tell them who i was and i happen to notice how he was treated was crewel .

They have lied to make it where no location would hire him and that they put him in a no rehire status for no purpose but to harassment him and cause him denial of employment at different location if he wanted to work at another owner location .

I have 782 points and did not get points today added for my purchased. This lady has always scan QR code don't know why she refused today.

I was holding on phone for 45 minutes so hung up

Wendy’s Drive thru order

Ordered a frosty and small chicken nuggets and was told to pull up to the window. Sat at the window for 20 minutes and was completely ignored. Staff could see me waiting and were talking and laughing, not doing any work. 40 minutes later some opened the window and asked if I paid. I wasn't even given any food yet. That person walked away and went back to talking and ignored me for a while longer. Then a young man came to the window and asked the same thing. Eventually after for over 45 minutes in the drive thru did someone finally provide service and I received my order. I don't understand how this Wendy's can even operate if the staff here are rude and simple aren't doing their job. They don't seem to care just a fun time for them to talk to each other and serve food occasionally if they feel like it.

Wendy’s - Wendy's rehoboth beach

Wow, we rarely are able to eat out, as it's too costly, but were very busy with errands and ran way over lunchtime, so stopped at Wendy's. My husband was hungry for a burger and I wanted a Frosty. Start with there was a VERY long line, and the 2 behind the counter seemed WAY overwhelmed with what was happening. It seemed quite a few people were at lunch...

Wendy’s Wonderful

I was highly impressed by the customer service giving by the cashier name samanrha. I hope that’s her name as it is said on my receipt , Samantha was very kind I asked for my food fresh and right away before I paid she dropped the nuggets and fries for me ! I’ve seen the way she’d talked to her coworkers as well she is extremely sweet I hope we all get to meet someone like her or have someone like her behind the counter everyday ! I will becoming inside more often because when I usually order in drive-through at night, the other skin with braids, it’s extremely rude to even shut the window and lock it on me.

Wendy’s Ordered a Baconator Combo meal

At about 2:10 PM today, 01/04/24, I ordered a Baconator Meal Combo at the Wendy's in Dublin, CA., drive through for lunch, however, when I got back to my job site to enjoy my lunch, I was given a different order that contained a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo meal. I had also asked for a Diet Coke with no ice and received a beverage with ice. The store is located at 7143 Dublin Blvd in Dublin, CA. I also did not get a receipt with my purchase. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed with the service I received from this store. I do enjoy many of the items on the menu, including the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, however that was not what I was craving, nor what I had ordered. Perhaps some re-training is in need at this store. I was one of 5 cars in the line from 2:00 PM to 2"15 PM, so I cannot fathom how 1 order out of 5 could get so terribly mixed. I imagine it's 2 orders now, as someone else did not get their Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

Wendy’s Wendy's Mobile and Store Manager at #491

On 02 Jan 2024 at 11:11 am I placed a mobile order for carryout. When I arrived at the restaurant's drive-thru, I was told they did not see my order and that I needed to come in the store. When I entered the store and approached the counter, I looked at my phone for the order information and noticed that the place your order button. After selecting the button, one of the ladies manning the front register asked me why I ordered again when my order had already been made and was in the carry-out pick up area. I'm not expecting every restaurant to be customer savvy as Chick-fla, but there was no hello when I arrived, or your order is in this particular area. This could have resolved the issue before it started. I repeated what happened to the women at the counter and was told I had to cancel the order from my app if I didn't want it. I acknowledged, but I couldn't locate in the app how to cancel the order. After mentioning to the women at the counter, she went to get a manager, who I recognized as the breakfast manager who is normally cold in his conversations. He said that they couldn't cancel the order, so I said I'll take the food from Order number [protected], which was the duplicate order I inadvertently submitted at 11:18 am. I waited another 15 minutes, thinking they would give me the food to that I mistakenly submitted, but they didn't. When I asked where my food was the women got another manager, who told me that he would not give me my food, because I was going to call and get a refund and they would be out the $14.85. I tried to explain to the manager that I had no intentions of seeking a refund, but only to inform Wendy's that the app was having a particular issue that they may or may not be aware of. The manager kept telling what I was going to do and how it was going to negatively going to impact them, to where I noticeably expressed my displeasure by raising my voice. Such an unpleasant experience, I lost $35 just wasting my time. I paid for the order in the app, I never got my food. The manager walked away, and I was left standing with my cold food from my original order. It took some time for someone to answer, but eventually I spoke with someone from Wendy's, and they provided me with a case#[protected] and assured that a district manager would call and leave a message is I were not available. On 3January 2023 at 7:13 PM I called back for status and was told that someone would call me within 24 or 48 hours, and that I had to give them at least 48 hours to call me back, before calling again.

Claimed loss: Since I was refused to get my food by the manager at Store#491, I need to be refunded for the funds charged to my credit card in the amount of $14.68, and $35 for the time I spent having to deal with this situation.

Desired outcome: Refunded $14.68, and $35 for the time I spent having to deal with this situation. I've made 27 mobile purchases to Wendy's in 2023.

Manger on duty was ALISNA #3076

I went there to get a small chili frost and a #1 single w/cheese.

when I got up to the window I ask the lady if I could have extra crackers and she said in a very nasty way I'm the manger I gave you 4 packs I told her I has for extra and she said that was extra 1st of all I didn't ask who she was and didn't care who she was but she had to made sure I knew so she did give me extra crackers after I asked again then I pulled up and looked in the bag at my fries and burger and the fries was cold and old and the cheese burger was cold and bun was hard so I parked and went inside and ask the lady at the counter could she please get me some hot fries and another burger because it was not fit to eat has the manger stood there giving me the nasty look and I did ask her way she was looking at me like that she said you are getting your food I then told her she wouldn't have eaten it so why should you serve it she is the nasty manger I have ever saw and I told her she was and I would be letting you all know about her and the lady at the counter said I wasn't the first one to complain about her I was very upset about the whole thing I don't plan on going back there and will let people know how the manger is there thank you Sherrie
