I will like ti report this company because wells fargo and grossinger autoplex run my credit without authorization. This cause damage to my credit and is illegal. If the employer for both companie are agree to do this is unaceptable. I report this situation because is something delicate and the company can be affected.

Was getting behind on payments and ask to put a couple of payments to the end so I could get caught up, They said no so I got behind on a couple of payments only 2 found a place that finds someone to take over your payments within 30 days well come to find out the company was a scam,

Called Wells Fargo today to get answers to my question about refinancing my auto loan through them. I thought I would stay with them rather than find another bank for refinancing. I was able to get a loan for a vehicle through wells fargo but no refinanced! Same credit, better income yet denied! After paying off my auto loan with Wells Fargo Dealer Services, I called customer service to request written confirmation that the collateral lein they put on my car as a condition of the loan is removed. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT PROVIDE WRITTEN PROOF THAT IT IS REMOVED. "What?", I said. Asked for a Supervisor, and was told the same thing. The Supervisor said they report to the credit reporting agencies that the loan is paid in full and the lein is removed, but they do not write a statment to the customer to that effect. After my Grandmother passed away, our family was told to "continue making the payments on her car" . We offered her Death Certificate and we were told it was not needed. A year passed and our family received a phone call from a Wells Fargo Dealer Services Representative that stated the payment was 5 days late and they were going to repossess the car. After providing proof of payment, we were then told we were months behind in payments, to which we had to provide proof that payments were sent Western Union. We were told to "pay the past due balance to hold of repossession proceedings"....

My husband and I file chapter 13 bankruptcy with the Wachovia as the lender on our truck. When big bad Wells Fargo Dealer Services bought out our loan the reported for 2 or more years 90+days late, when they have received monthly payments from my trustees office. When to address the situation they advise could take 30 or more days. The companies laziness has tank mine and my husbands credit. I have had to deal with this company for 3 years now and have had enough of their harassing phone calls not just to me but to relatives! I have had to prove with receipts twice, that I am not behind on payments and yet every month I get harassing, threatening phone calls that they are gonna pick up the car if payment isn't made by 5! I have faxed them copies of receipts and they will fix it only to start again the next month. I am doing an early payoff just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I wish there was a way to make sure that nobody uses them to finance their vehicle purchase!!...

This complaint is against Tonya, Account Manager, and her Supervisor (name unknown) with Wells Fargo Dealer Services. Tonya is so harrassing and unprofessional in her approach to customers it is just astounding. She threatens her callers and really needs to find a new job where she can be rude to customers. When I asked to speak with a Supervisor, the Supervisor was just as rude and refused to do anything to review my complaint. I reported this to the BBB but am seeking other resources to file a complaint with Wells Fargo. Beware of the WF customer service for Dealer Services, I will be refinancing...

Where do I begin. Wells Fargo took over our loan in 2009. That year my wife and I were forced to file a chapter 13. We reaffirmed our car and the court trustee made the payments. Because of this, the trustee doubled our payment to them each month. Wells Fargo agreed to reduce our interest rate by 8% and in return the car would be paid off 2 years early. In January of 2011 the car was paid in full ($18, 000). I was told we would receive the title once the Bankruptcy was discharged. In September of 2012 we were discharged. I called asking for the title and was told 3 times it will be mailed. In November...

I have good credit, so I could (in theory) get a car loan. However, it doesn’t really matter how you get them as your lien holder, these people are the definition of runaround. I sincerely believe that Wells Fargo Dealer Services does not need or want your business (once they have it that is). Wells Fargo Dealer Services is all about art of making life difficult! They make principle payments as labor intensive as possible, make communication a circle-jerk and they hold your title to suit them. I would NEVER recommend them....

I recently noticed $238.80 of fees on my last statement I called WFDS and was told they were for late fees. We had an issue in April when they switch from Wells Fargo Auto Finance to Wells Fargo Dears Service and the fees were adjusted as of April there were no fees. I asked for a deferment due to moving my daughter from TX to TENN due to her having Rheumatoid Arthritis and she had to quit working and file for disability...Also I've been out hundreds of dollars for medicines until she got approved for medicare! These reasons did not fall in their guidelines to be approved so now instead of paying 25 fee for deferment I'll be paying my LAST 9 payments LATE with a late charge n bad credit reported!!! Thanks for not helping a loyal customer of 6 years...needless to say I will NEVER finance through them again!!!...

On 8/31 I went to trade my car in, we had to call WFDS for a payoff. The girl told me that they could not give that to me until I made my payment. I told her that I was sitting in the car dealership and that if the deal did not go thru, I would call them back to make the payment. The salesman had to get on the phone and she got nasty with him, he eventually had to speak to a supervisor and got the payoff. Well, the deal went thru and all was fine. I purchased a vehicle which I financed through Wells Fargo Dealer Services. With $3400 remaining on the loan, the car engine blew up while driving to work. I called Wells Fargo Dealer Services and told them the location of the vehicle. They told me they would get someone to pick the car up. I received a letter dated June 9, 2012 from Wells Fargo Dealer Services advising me that my loan was paid in full and the car Title would be mailed to my address. As of July 3, 2012 I have not received my car Title. I've called this bankruptcy division 5 times in the last 10 days. Each time I've been put on hold 5 times (twice today) and been on hold for at least 20 to 30 mins each time. Attempting to a supervisor in Customer Service I was put on hold for 11 mins! Financial Services is the only place that handles bankruptcies like mine. I only want to find out if I owe a payment this month! I work 5/24 days- do they expect me to be on hold that long when I'm at work? Today has been a total of 51 mins with still no answer by the dept.
