Can not get money refunded

1/18/08 ordered trips, there were hidden fees galore. Went to station 2/7/08 for refund.had to fill out form. No one at desk dealt with refunds. When returned by us mail, 2/29/08, i got gift certificates for future trips, had to mail in for refund. By now $20 had been deducted from the original...
