Hi I recently pursed a emormy verifie ID in when I did I noticed I didn't have enough funds with the bank so eromny so I call called them and it took awhile but they refunded me the bank didn't want to reverse the bounce check fee which is unfair, not right and completely wrong....

I've had a Washington Mutal credit card for 4 years at 12.9%. I pay my credit card online every month before the due date and always more than the minimum payment. In February I suddenly notice my " finance charges " have increased dramatically to a 21.9%. I called customer service...
