Waffle House [censored] you

Worst place to work at. Manager Mikell Robinson doesn't give a rats [censored] about his restaurant or his employees. Place is dirty as [censored]. Mild and mildew under the place where you wash the dishes, the tea is never made right, big flakey floaties on top. Customer always complaining how sour it is. Don't ever eat the ham... Well the city kind if it's green and don't have a smell to it, it's ok. He has the woman bust there [censored] while he sits in his office and watches porn and other videos. Paychecks are wrong half the time. And if you do extra work so that it looks better in there, he doesn't care. Place is a joke. Oh yeah and he blocks his co-workers which is [censored].

Recommendation: This is the waffle house on Cherry blossom way by pilot

Waffle House Worst Waffle House ever

The place was a mess few folks at tables all the other tables were filled with dirty dishes was not allowing dine in service which has happened several times at this location only had 2 people working no manager waiter walked away in the middle of me trying to order my food didn’t even get our drinks till half way finished wife’s coffee came when we was leaving her gravy the waiter said it was extremely hot to be careful but it was cold as ice how do u serve cold gravy didn’t have half of the items on the menu that they actually had I have tried to go to the thomasville nc location several times and get turned away even though they have folks eating the waiter even said that it was a health hazard to be in there corporate needs to step in and put people in there that knows there job and how to execute it and enforce there policies before they loose this location

Waffle House Not a Rockstar

I guess I’m spoiled being from Atlanta and having a 20 year grill master at my local WH.

August 19, 2023, Unit # 1452 Harrisburg, PA.

First, the counter was a complete, disgusting mess when I sat down. Eventually, my waitress “Cream” did wipe it down and took my order. I ordered one scrambled egg with cheese, bacon well done, hash browns well done and white toast. Pretty simple straight up order. BTW, it was not busy for a typical Saturday morning.

Waitress brings the bacon first, half is cooked, the other half of each piece is uncooked curled fat. She looks at my face, hands it back to the grill guy. He puts the bacon back on the grill, burns them more, but doesn’t even attempt to flatten out the curled up fat. Wise decision would just give me another order, cooked properly, Nope. The hash brown were burnt crisp. After requesting my toast, it shows up, cold, butter unmelted. I barely ate my meal. Waitress never asked me my thoughts, just removed the untouched bacon and cold toast. Also, there was a Rockstar grill operator cooking, but he clearly needs to be retested or he just doesn’t care about what he is serving the customers. I guess I’ll reevaluate eating at a WH north of the Mason Dixon line.

Recommendation: IHOP is walking distance up the street.

Waffle House Bad food. Bugs

We ate at the Waffle House off hwy 65 at exit 46 in TN. The hash browns were too done, the bacon was black in places. My husband never got his waffle. We could see the cook and he over cooked the waffle someone else got. Then as I was paying, I look behind the waitress to the cooking counter and saw a big bug crawling around! That made me sick. The date and time was. 12/29/23 @ 3:30 pm on Friday afternoon. The time before we ate there it was great. But it was around 12 noon.

Desired outcome: Have an inspection of this Waffle House and correct the issue of the bugs. So unsanitary. And teach the cook how to cook food.

Food was disgusting hashbrowns were burnt and black and eggs were rubbery and tasted horrible my husband and I ordered dinner Saturday night we went in it was about 740 ordered and were over charged we got 2 two egg breakfast and waffel and I have never had a problem. Waffle House Refused service

#2294

On 10/31/2024, I walked in to #2294 and sat down. Only second's later the waitress, Lailani, began yelling and shouting at the Cook, Tom. She was on the verge of screaming. She went on and on. Not stopping for a moment. After a short time I spoke up and said 'you can't do this in front of customers.' After that she completely ignored me, refused service. And she continued to yell and shout, on and on.

It was the Cook who took my order. He told her several times to take my order. She refused. After he took my order, he told her several times to write up a check/ticket. She refused. She continued her yelling and shouting. Finally I told the Cook to make the meal to go.

She didn't charge me. Still, no check for records. Offered no apology, only cutting sarcasm. The Cook and waitress were the only employees there.

Yesterday I went in and there she was.

Waffle House Service

I have been to the Waffle House on Carmichael Road in Montgomery, Alabama twice and still have not gotten to eat there. The first time we waited 20 minutes and still had not been served or ask what we wanted. Second time we waited 10 minutes for a table to be cleared so we could sit down. When we finally got seated the cook loudly told the server not to take any more orders. We then got up and left.

I was sitting at waffle house and the customer to the left and right of me and I were discussing politics. A manager intervened and said if we continue to discuss politics that we would be thrown out due to Waffle House policy. We ordered a kids breakfast meal with bacon but they didn’t put the meat in there I ordered on burger with eggs and my fiancé ordered steak cheeses eggs meal we never got the meat for the kids meal, the total was 35.71! Waffle House customer service and food

on this day october 19th at about 11:00 i ordered a texas bacon patty melt plate i waited for my order the cashier on this first shift which was an african american young girl i couldnt get her name because she was covering it up but she had an attitude the whole time and when my food was done she handed me a singe sandwich with no bag and said good day i ordered a plate mind you and where is a bag for my food so i explained there mistake and she caught an attitude with me again the manager of the store interveined and he evn caught an attitude and screamed at me when they finally fixed my order the african american girl threw my food at me this is unnaceptable if this lady is not removed immediatley from this location i while a class action lawsuit i dont want no money i jus want her terminated asap this is a true story u can check the cameras to coobarate what im sayin i hope this issue will b ressolved immediatly thanks!
