The most unprofessional immigration attorney I ever meet, toke my case and how I later find out he didnt know how to start my case. This way result was terrible I had to leave usa for ever. He also # 3 more of his clients and result was the worse, he just told them that they have no chose and there is nothing else he can do, and that they have to leave usa after he charge them almost $ 9, 000 per person. And the way of specking with people is terrible, he talk you with very dishonor level.
Stay away from law office of vladislav sirota

Sirota and Associates are one of the most unprofessional and a liar lawyers you can find.
They are unprofessional because they don't inform you when you need. They fill the forms incorrectly so you will end up never receive important letters from USCIS.
They take all your money, once you pay off them they will ask even more. When you call office very rude customer service you will receive and most of the time you can't even reach them.
If anyone wants to waste their time and money for no result they are the best you can find.

My first attempt to this document has been unsuccessful as the lawyer who promised to help me failed. I have spent a lot of time and money but despite all the reassurances the result was complete fiasco. I have to admit that these two day in the immigration office were really stressful as neither myself nor my friends and relatives could belive that you would do your job so nice and smoothe. Last week I picked up my Asylum decision and you know what? I was granted. From iterview. They prepared me 2-3 times a week. And if you follow their instructions as I did, your case would have a positive result. So if you had troubles with you case, it is not their unprofessionalism or misake, but you uncooperative behavior.
He didn’t do a thing with my case. Vladislav Sirota and other attorney in his office messed up my case. I met 2 people who had “deportation” on their case because of him. He takes your money and you will get nothing in return! And I’ve asked many people around after I realized that he didn’t do a thing to win my case, people around told me that mane, many people received “deportation” on court. Stay away. Or you would have to fight with him and check his work all the time to win your case, which will be impossible because he just want your money and doesn’t want to do the work.
These are all comments of disgruntled clients who are probably either dank through their appointments to Federal plaza, or failed to co-operate with the attorney in some other way. Any attorney will tell you there is a percentage of such.
I am a repeated client of Vlad Sirota, who tackled some very difficult case for for me -- an immigration failure in works almost 15 years -- with which he did an outstanding job.
And I referred to him number of my friends who received the same superb service.
I am totally real and do not work for him.
Aso, I would imagine, that even for the best of immigration attorneys, sometimes the best thing to advise a client may be to leave the country, to retain the ability to ever come back again. (The first poster could be like a patient whose hand was sawn off to keep the body from dying from gangrene, and he is not smart enough to thank that doctor for saving his life, instead now he is collecting "brothers in grief" and taking it out to the hard-working and very competent professional.)
Anybody reading this, beware whose experience you want to make yours.
Years ago Vlad Sirota had a program on the radio where he was answering the toughest questions life -- whatever people would throw at at him, not many lawyers would open themselves to such scrutiny.
And his success rate in 98% -- this was published by some independent source -- google it.
Then create a site "I need to cry about my bad luck with somebody" and stop spoiling reputation to good people.
I was appalled when I just came across this!
People -- go to Avvo and other reputable Lawyer review places, not this looser-cry-baby refuge.

Never ever do, he will take the money and do nothing for you
The post by Denis is clearly bogus, he certainly doesn't know hundreds of people that were represented or unrepresented, for a better term, and if he wasn't ignored and his case was handled properly he would be one in every hundred, making it highly unlikely that each member of his family could've possibly had the same experience.
I have to disagree with what is written here. Vlad Sirota is an honest and hard working lawyer. He defended my whole family and helped dozens of my friends. he helped me after another attorney screwed up my case, he reopned my asylum matter and then represented me in court, I then was granted asylum. He represented my sister and she was granted asylum from the interview. My cousins were granted EB1 and EB-5 status. I sent all my friends to him, dozens of people and all were granted (VAWA and Asylum). I know hundreds of people who used Sirota's help, everyone can say that Vladislav Sirota helped them, save their families, and is an amazing attorney. All I can say is Thank You! i think that the posts here are posted by competing attorneys who are just jealous.

I can fully agree with everything being said above. I had HORRIBLE experience dealing with him! Super unprofessional, never picks up the phone, disappears for a week when he is the most needed. All he wants is money. Never use him, trust me! DO NOT make my mistakes!
All claims made against Sirota are true here. He charged me $5, 000 to file for adjustment of status that made no sense. He refused to appear at the interview and asked for more money, another $ 1, 500. I didn't pay him he went to interview because I threatened to file a complaint. He said absolutely nothing during the interview, couldn't explain his papers and I was also denied my case and know had to hire another attorney.

And for me he took 30, 000 and did nothing. He hardly ever answered the phone and asked me to pay him more. So I didn’t. I asked him now to send me his work report. So waiting. But he is a lier...

While being in his office saw so many clients who were just in same situation, he took money and did nothing, just pust you in situation to leave a country forever or go to the jail. He takes money and doesn't appear at court, he doesn't answer your phone calls, he puts just papers like tax calculating documentation and etc in your folder and send this ### to immigration office. All his office and all of his associates are just paid to sit in internet and to write stupid "excellent " reviews about how good is he. All positive reviews are written by his staff that he pay to lie and thief. You better do it yourself than going to this" lawyer". To call him a "lawyer" is a slap and contempt to other LAWYERS ! BE AWARE AND DON"T VENTURE YOUR NERVES, HEART, HEALTH AND AMERICAN DREAM!

Tel.: [protected]. Legal aid also has an immigration unit. Maybe they can help you file a Formal complaint with the 3 other people and than they will revoke his license.
