He blamed me for leaving my medication behind and said he wouldn't give me any more pills. This was surprising because he had prescribed the medication for me for three months and suddenly thought my pain would magically go away.

I was extremely disappointed with this experience and will be looking for a new pain doctor. I also plan to report Dr. Cash as soon as I get back home. Even though my medical challenge is complicated, I've found that Dr. Arguello's expertise and advice is always on point.

I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Arguello as my doctor. She runs a family medical center single-handedly, and the staff there are caring, respectful, and efficient. They always make me feel welcome and supported. I'm so glad I found Broward Family Care Center to take care of my health.

This office used to be great, but now it's gone downhill because of a rude admin lady who answers the phone. The doctors and medical staff are still good, but the bad egg in the front office and the woke office manager ruin the whole experience.

My first bad experience was in mid-June when the office person started an argument with my wife, who is also a doctor, about how her doctor wouldn't be able to do a proper physical in her car. My second bad experience was yesterday, August 4th, when I called in for needed bloodwork for my young adult stepson who has moderately severe autism. Because of his autism, he needs to be sedated for dental work and requires a physical with his primary doctor and bloodwork to clear him for surgery. The dentist wrote out what tests the doctor needed in the bloodwork for the anesthesia that was needed. Since it's done in the hospital, it's a big headache to get scheduled. When I was assigned the date for the dental work by the dentist and the hospital, the bloodwork needed to be completed within two weeks before the procedure, which is now scheduled for August 19th. Time is precious, so I called for an appointment to explain that we need an appointment for bloodwork and to see Dr. DiFiglio to clear for surgery. The same lady who was unprofessional with my wife was now unprofessional with me. She promptly turned me away, telling me they don't do bloodwork for other doctors there. I immediately told her the doctor has done this before and it's routine. She very nastily told me "Well, things have changed." At that point, realizing she may have recognized my wife's last name and was going out of her way to give me a hard time, I lost it. I said, "Yeah, you have changed. Your practice sucks," and hung up. I then went down there to confront them. When I came in, I refused to put a mask on and demanded to speak to the practice manager. I saw one of the ladies that has always taken care of me and went to talk to her and complain. My voice was elevated because I was upset about my autistic stepson's procedure being ruined. I did not curse, but did call the woman a bimbo, which was actually very kind for the person she was after how she treated us. In the discussion, we were joined by Dr. Difiglio who looked at the paperwork and said, "No problem, we can do this." So in the end, I was right. I apologized profusely for coming in upset, even though that was not necessary on my part.

Later in the day, about 4:55 PM, I received a phone call from the so-called practice manager and told her what happened. Well, the office manager told me not to come back, that she was dismissing me from their practice even though the person was wrong because I used the word bimbo. I also refused to wear a mask because I was already hyperventilating from being so distraught. I happened to like my doctor who is part of this office. So in the end, they have hurt me, the caregiver for a family with a difficult situation as it is. What a bully. Now I have to find a new doctor. At least the doctor will still see our son in time for his procedure. This world has turned upside down. People used to be a lot better than this. She told me I would be getting a certified letter from her attorney. How nice of them.

My son's current doctor, Dr. RAGHAVAN, also did not report my sister's actions or include them in my son's health records, even though it was clear from his records that my son was a victim of bullying at school and that my sister was involved. Dr. RAGHAVAN also allowed the Birmingham police to make a false referral against me without any reason.

I have evidence of the crimes committed by the Birmingham government departments, including the police and social services. My son's second doctor, Dr. Zafar Ali from Al Shafa Medical Centre in Aston, Birmingham, also covered up for the wrongful actions of my son's psychiatrist and refused to add a witness statement to my son's health records. Dr. Ali's surgery also sent malicious appointment letters to my son and me, which I believe were intended to cover up for the past incidents that happened to my son at school and the Broadway Academy school staff's crimes.

I have reported these doctors to the General Medical Council (GMC) in Manchester, but they ignored my evidence and my witness's testimony. I believe that the GMC covered up for these doctors because of their status and wealth. No one is above the law, and these doctors should be brought to justice for their crimes.

I am a law-abiding citizen and a crime investigator, and I promise to make sure that the justice system is not played around with and that innocent victims get justice. I am a physician who is vocal on the topic of the importance of physician-lead care. Due to my views on the topic and after a recent event I attended where I spoke on the topic, a few individuals who don't agree with my views went on this website and posted numerous fraudulent reviews disguising as patients. The company allows anonymous individuals to target/bully/intimidate doctors to silence them on speaking up on matters than negatively impact patients care and safety.

I've been trying to write a review for a particular Doctor on their website for the last week. However, when I click the submit button, the site does not accept the inputted information. I keep getting the following message: "There was an error submitting your review. Please try again later." However, when I submit the same exact information for any other doctor and hit the submit button, it goes through, and the site generates an automatic verification to my e-mail. "Thanks for your feedback! We've sent you a verification email - please click the link to confirm your review." I've contacted vials.com/support explaining the issue several times and they keep emailing me back instructions on how to use the site, the most recent being this past Friday, with the reference number: ref:_00D6g81dQ6._5004V19IWiA:ref.
Thus we seem to be getting nowhere. I still can't submit my review for this particular doctor on the vitals.com website.

I am a podiatrist who (1) recently moved his office and (2) is being stalked by a patient for the past two years who are posting false and slanderous information under many guises, as revenge for filing a complaint that was not ruled in her favor. Compounding the issue, the patient had been admitted to a psych facility and is mentally unstable with much time on her hands. I was able to get an email from Vitals to request demographic changes and to address the review issue. After submitting the requested information, Vitals did nothing with it and is completely unresponsive to my subsequent requests for help. The Vitals platform does not allow for claiming a profile to monitor changes and respond to reviews. Their phone numbers are out of service and my emails and requests through the site are unanswered. I am beside myself with frustration.

I have been notified by my family member, that in addition to the 4 prior adverse reviews were published on your website in April 2019 and May 2019, that 2 more very libelous, damaging, and malicious alleged self-verified patient reviews were published on vitals.com on July 16, 2020 and Oct. 16, 2020 despite the fact that I cease practicing on March 15, 2020. He is truly scum of the earth. And I am being nice. Someone who lies right in your face without flinching. Steals, cheats, and take short cuts in his work. Showing up late or not show up to work at all is not uncommon. Just feel free to check with any place he had worked at before. He has been kicked out of just about every place he had worked at. Not to mention his short temper and anger issues. He is such a toxic person who should be avoided at all cost. He may pretend to come across as meek and nice at first, but he is contemptibly low and disreputable. No shame at all. His laziness and no respect for rules should be the eighth wonder of the world. He had obviously wrote all the positive patient reviews himself. He will get what he deserves.

The patient reviewer is listed as self-verified however, if this madness continues I will subpoena the data that is needed to reveal their identity.

They are simply not accurate reviews. They are clearly slanderous, malicious and violates your published policy that is found below with extremely damaging and private personal information such as,
" Charlantan who got covid". Please remove these two so call patient reviews ASAP and institute the necessary safeguards to block any future posting by the clearly obviously disturbed person. Your compliance office should have caught and remove these 2 reviews.

Also I again request that you utilize your reserve right to remove from public posting all past, present and future comments made by this individual that are offensive, malicious, inappropriate and not made in good faith.

A review is listed under my name Joshua Gilchrist MD with a poor rating though it is clearly a fake rating or only meant to defame as there is no actual comment with the rating and the areas judged don't even apply to my profession (e.g. ease of appointments and wait times)! I am a hospital physician, not an out patient clinician with an office where these areas are applicable.

Vitals.com keeps on deleting the one star reviews for dr. N. Nagarsheth. Mine was deleted 5 times and the others that I took the pictures of have been erased at least 2-3 times. Don't you think that people have the right to know about this doctor
that is not only a bad doctor but also a horrible human being? And I made this statement because he diagnised me with cancer that I didn't have it and performed the complex surgery on my perfectly healthy vulva!
