To make it simple - first they offered a free TV - almost 2 months have gone by since I had the service installed - no TV no confirmation letter.
2nd - numerous issuse with the setup, when I called is was a joke, like talking to a wall. No wonder this contry is going down the toilet....

In my entore life, Ihave never recieved such poor service. When you call they tranfer you and the your are dissconnected. For the last month I have had major problems with my service or features not being turned on.

I have never waited less than 1 hour on hold in order to speak...

Waiting since November 2007 for the $200 Best Buy gift card. Have spent countless hours on hold then being told to call another number. I have a total of 8 phone numbers that I have been referred to and and about that many stories of why I don't have the card yet. I believe it is fraud....

Had FIOS for almost a year now, had to call at least 4 times during this time for billing errors. First they didn't give me the advertised promotional gift card. They ended up giving me a credit for the amount of the gift card. Then they got my billing screwed up and charged me a wrong...

Because of outright contract fraud with Verizon yellow pages, I eventually cancelled the yellow page ads, then my home phone, then my business phone. When in need of broadband service, I decided to give them one more chance since their 4 month half price deal made them competitive. Big mistake...
