I had my oil changed at Valvoline in Kanawha city Charleston Wv 25304

When I got up this morning I had an oil leak under my car from the filter not being put on tight enough. By the time I got someone to look at it it was almost off my car . Which would’ve caused a lot of problems. I’ve used this company for a long time and this is the second time this has happened to me

I came to Valvoline MV107520 for an automatic transmission fluid exchange on 10/21/23. I was charged 219.99 for this service. My transmission is CVT. I came to the store without ANY LEAKS. I know because I had done the revision of my car for leaks prior to coming. During the exchange the store ran out of CVT fluid, left the machine that does the exchange running for approximately 40 mins without fluid, then arrived and put the rest of the fluid. I was told that I would be fine, but I had a leak. I came on 10/23/23 and they said I had no leaks. I came on 11/3/23 because the transmission fluid was ALL GONE, and then they told me that I had a leak and I needed it to get it fixed. How do I come without a leak but then get service and now I have a leak and they refuse to fix it?

I was at the O’Fallon Valvoline #2101 on Thursday 9/21/23 for a battery change on my 2020 Chevy Blazer. Battery was purchased at O'Rielly's. Asst. Manager Chris Smith plugged in the "memory saver" inside the vehicle and worked on the battery but had some difficulties and could not complete. He reconnected my old battery still in the vehicle. Vehicle had to be jumped. When the vehicle did start, several service engine lights were on and dashboard gauges didn’t work. Chris walked away to call the area manager and told me I would have to take the vehicle to a dealer and Valvoline would pay for the repairs. Attached is the Jim Trenary and rental car invoice as I was without a vehicle for 5 days.

My vehicle was not scanned in when I arrived.

I had my oil changed at your Vestal location. Truck started running poorly, I took to Mathew’s Nissan Service. Technician found oil overfilled by 3+ quarts causing page and half of engine error codes. I took back to Valvoline, they acknowledged oil overfilled, they drained more then 2.5 quarts (still read high on dipstick manager was afraid to remove too much) Rescheduled back with Dealer truck still running poorly, truck died on highway, had to be towed. Preliminary testing of engine indicates a broken crankshaft requiring complete engine rebuild. Valvoline is fully responsible for the damage.

I have photos of the amount of oil removed, the dealer technicians report as well as the error codes caused by Valvoline prior to the engine failure.

I Have always changed my vehicle oil at this location 975 Route 6 Mahopac NY 10541and never had a problem using their discount coupon except for this date on 4/24/23 The manager Stephen told my employer that they no longer take discount coupon I have 7 vehicle and never had a problem using a discount coupon until now be careful and make sure you ask before you do any service or repair here. I will be going somewhere else where they value their customer and business.

I live in Sumter, SC and had an oil change on my 2014 Audi Q7 at Havoline xpress lube in Charlotte, NC, on 18 Mar 23. I asked the service technician if they could servie an Audi and he replied "we can, no problem". I was again out of town and noticed an oil leak and took it to an oil service center in Conway, SC, and was told the oil was leaking from the oil drain plug and that the oil drain plug was stripped. I was then told to take it back to the location that changed my oil. Since this was in Charlotte that wasn't an option. I took it to East Coast Honda in Myrtle Beach, SC who did an oil change and replaced the stripped oil drain plug. I contacted the xpress lube in Charlotte and was told by the station manager, Julius to send me the invoice from the repair from East Coast Honda and I'd be reimbursed for this since their location was liable for the oil drain plug being stripped. I took a picture of the invoice and sent it to his personal phone. I called him back and he said he got the invoice and sent it to his boss by the name of Moe. I called him back for an update and he wouldn't talk to me to.

My 2019 Colorado failed state inspection at Valvoline store AB1146 Milford NH for a bad wiper blade. The store manager installed a new wiper blade and I was on my way. Approximately 1 week later it snowed. The truck was not driven in the snow, just parked in the driveway. While cleaning the snow off the windshield I lifted the wiper and the blade came off in my hand, the metal wiper arm slammed down and cracked the windshield. I re-installed and it snapped in place correctly with no evidence of damage or defect to the wiper. I went back to the store and Corey told me that the snow had loosened the wiper blade allowing it to fall off. I couldn't disagree more. I then contacted Valvoline Customer Care 4 times - twice by email and twice by phone. In each case I was informed that I would be contacted within 48 hrs to discuss. No phone call ever came. I contacted them by phone a fifth time and asked for an escalation. I spoke with Brian who told me my claim had been denied, which was news to me. He indicated that he was sure the wiper had been installed correctly and that I must have mis-handled the wiper while lifting it to clear snow. Again, I couldn't disagree more. I've lived in New England my whole life (61 yrs), experienced hundreds of snow storms and have never seen or heard of a properly installed wiper "coming loose" and falling off.

On Saturday I went to Valvoline in Schenectady NY. I previously went o Valvoline in Albany on Central Ave and Latham. I verbally gave the manager the mileage when he asked for it and I had the previous sticker on my windshield. I believed I was getting excellent service until I asked if the protective cover was attached to my vehicle correctly. I was informed that this item was removed and not reinstalled on my truck because of stripped screws. I asked where the cover was and the MANAGER asked Me if I needed it or did I want him to throw it away?

I asked for My cover and it was given to me

BROKEN and told this piece serves as only aerodynamic purpose on my truck.

If I did not ask, the item was going to be disposed of by your employee, a service which I did not request. I am requesting that my vehicle be returned to the same state that it was when I entered your establishment.

I am a disabled person and do not have money to pay for this items replacement at the dealership.

I received an oil change on 2/8/23. During this service the mechanic stripped my oil drain plug. I wasn’t aware of this being an issue until the next day and I came back to that location and talk with the mechanic. He informed me that he couldn’t do anything about this issue. Now on 4/4/23 my truck is being towed to a repair shop due to this issue. The repair shop informed me that the oil drain plug was stripped when I received my last oil change.

Please let me know what is the next process. I have the bill to show the amount of repairs to fix the oil drain plug.
