Hello Twitter, this is regarding a tweet I appealed on August/20/2023. I submitted the following as my appeal: "I believe my tweet doesn't promote Abusive Behavior or harass, shame, or degrade others. The tweet was supposed to signify a little girl defending herself from other children or silly adults that do weird challenges and things while hurting the child's feelings." May you help resolve this?

I started a gun club account called rifle platoon on july 2020

I started a second account in july 2021

Twitter files showed me how my accounts were shadow banned. I reported vulgar tweet and that person replied that he would destroy me.

Twitter suspended me for abuse/harassment when I hadn’t

Twitter and your criminal employees protecting "criminals" attacking people's accounts, suspending and even blocking people's ability to appeal suspensions.

I have even mailed physical letters to Twitter'HQ's in Dublin, Ireland as well as California USA and continue to be ignored over this matter. I even filed a formal request under the Data Privacy section to have all records from [protected] released as I want the so called evidence that I violated any terms of service and that also is being ignored and now blocking my ability to access.

Now on top if this you have proceeded to prm suspend my account again claiming “hateful conduct” yet there is nothing hateful in my tweets and is an actual “scientific and statement of fact” as well as links to normal YouTube content.

On multiple occasions I have reported tweet after tweet about abusive trolls including threats against my person including most recently another abusive account @Discount_TV_ to which you locked then unlocked this abuser and they continued to make tweets and threats against my person and yet HERE AGAIN SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT while protecting the trolls, criminality and abusers of the Twitter platform. The very fact the named above abuser is even as I type this letter still spewing their toxicity against people and you turn a blind eye to it is disgusting. Even a basic Twitter search of my user name can easily call up every abuser that has attacked me, stolen my images, even profiles using my name and images which you continue to ignore.

By continuing to attack my account Twitter employees continue to defend every criminality, toxicity and cancerous piece of filth on the internet and with the new Online safety Bill being discussed in the UK parliament and the court of Free Speech in the EU I will be looking into full legalization proceedings and demanding Twitter to be fined the the extreme amounts as well as direct violations of my person under legislation and UK law. Twitter and it's employees are even now promoting "child pornography" on the site and handing out "blue check marks" to verify the sickness of society.

You are in direct violation of First Amendment under the law as well as continuing to violate the laws of the UK and USA.

As supposed to be employees and claimants of "free speech" Twitter in direct violation of even the previous FCC ruling has chosen to "abandon its role as a neutral internet service provider", platform and "colluded" with the government and the ideology pushing criminality to violate my First Amendment rights.

Twitter and its employees continue to fund, sponsor and protect the criminality and toxicity that "express and implied threats" and “censor” certain viewpoints and speakers who back up their tweets with "actual science".

The exact same as you continue to do to others including Dave Rubin, Jordan Peterson, and even medical professionals including: Robert Malone, MD, Peter McCullough, MD, MPH, and Brian Tyson, MD as well due to your ongoing criminality and censorship of people like myself who state "actual" facts, back by science.

Desired outcome:

I want the names of the Twitter employees, I want their contact details and I want them dragged through courts and charged to the fullest extent of the law. I want the FTC, FCC EU free speech court to fine Twitter in the $billions for the toxicity of their employees that continue to aid in rigging elections and sponsoring the toxicity of the internet.

I want Twitter as a platform taken down a few pegs and all employees dealt with as even the Better Business Bureau is being ignored and mocked by Twitter and it's employees.

Yesterday, three weeks before the polling day for the Brazilian President Run and withouth pointing a single twitter that supposely "violated" twitter rules, my account was banned and my personal data was hijacked. I was unable to download my own data and delete my account from this social network for left-wing tyrant freaks.

My posts are mainly focused on support of Bolsonaro and against the return of the Cleptocracy and Narcostate which Twitter seems to protect and support.

I fight for God, for Freedom, for the Family, for the Fatherland, for Justice and Goodness. And that makes Twitter leftists annoyed.

My account has been suspended for calling someone a troll which I think is ridiculous, but after writing several times explaining that I can't verify my account via mobile phone because I do not have a mobile phone it was suddenly available. Now after a few days I was asked to complete a puzzle verifying that I was not a computer, which I did, I could not log back in because it AGAIN asked me to verify via mobile phone and so the problem has started again.

I sent a video via direct message and it wasnt sent showing that googleplay is being block on my samsung galaxy now all of a sudden after. that twitter keeps closing they just trying to stop me from posting and everytime i cut something off they would cut it back on letting me know im being illgeally spyed on and is a invasion of privacy they mad cause i said i recorded when i cut stuff off on my device and when i recheck and saw they was cut back on

Twitter is presenting a limited amount of news stories, with an even more limited amount of opinions, and an utter lack of detail and/or nuance.

Twitter presents itself as an authority, when in reality they are a bloated tech dinosaur that belongs to the public in spirit, and ought to be moderated by transparent users/ citizens for cyberstalking.

Twitter is another platform where users are easily targeted and driven insane with negative attacks. Twitter has a significant market share of the public and thus there is no alternative to Twitter.

Because there is no alternative to Twitter, users are driven into toxic ecosystems where they are ignored and or abused. Sometimes they are the abuser.

Negativity thrives on Twitter. Users regularly target individuals, like Tucker Carlson, to be the "worst person in the world." This type of stalking is untenable. As an antidote to the free speech concerns, I would suggest that Twitter make any effort at all to help users that find themselves struggling with the platform.

Basic faciliation of information could result in a much improved user base. Let's look after our friends on the internets without becoming a psuedo authority like Twitter, or a fascist regime like China.

On 5/12/21 at 12:23 a.m. I received a fake email from PayPal and I block paypal from sending me messages because I never had a paypal credit card I only used to pay for items I ordered thru paypal with my personal credit card. The state of fl want to do fraud in my name so bad last time I paid for something thru paypal was 3/12/20 was wipes I never received paypal lock my account put a different credit card to my account I made a claim they denied it I call my credit card company Momentum and place a fraud alert on my card and they sent me another one with my name on it so that's means that yahoo keep letting fake letters from PayPal into my inbox paypal doesn't have anything with my signature on it for no credit card I know every name of the credit cards I have or used to have and paypal anti-one of them I have even done a complaint on piss consumer about paypal. And after they knew I filed a complaint with my credit card company then they decided to refund my money what I have to lie about $10.99 for paypal change my order to shoes and sent it to someone else

I oppose your decision to block President Trump. You are suppressing information and denying discussion of opposing viewpoints. Your platform is not to be used as a unilateral political forum and you are wrong to ban anyone who does not agree with you. President Trump gave voice to what millions of Americans think and Twitter has no right to decide who is right and who is wrong. I will cancel my account and any further notifications.

I have been trying to get Twitter to delete my account but without success.

Unfortunately it can be quite a long and complicated process, especially if you are dealing with big institutions with Twitter. The easiest way to remove a bad review is to impress your dissatisfied customer with exemplary complaint management skills, such as the ones we describe in this post. This is a totally legit complaint and not a bogus one to prove that anyone can post anything to this website.

Twitter user soareyousure better stop killing small animals or else the FBI CIA NSA and Army will arrest them and send them to Gitmo. This is a totally real thing that will happen because this website is actually a law enforcement agency and not just an oversized comments section.

Twitter has an unacceptable level of customer service for their users. There is no phone number you can call for help, and the only way to email is to select a specific topic. There is no "other" option, so if your problem is not listed, you are out of luck.

But even if your problem is listed, you don't get an actual response. You get the exact same generic form letter responses whether that form letter addresses your actual question or not.

Since I couldn't get any help online, I stopped by their office since I live close by. They handed me a form to fill out in the lobby and still would not let me speak with anyone to get help. By the end of the day, I still had not been contact about my form.

I have made multiple reports to Twitter using their tweet system to report an Illegal Offshore gambling site @freebitco who is sending tweets (Solicitations) to United States residents without any response. They are thereby facilitating an Illegal activity. This site also accepts wagers from minors as no verification of age is required. They have no TOS either, so anything goes. Would like to see their account suspended and have requested this many times.
