Ordered Magazine, did not receive and will not respond to emails

I ordered Instyle magazine and was told by Alicia (owner) that it was ordered and should start receiving magazines in 6-12 weeks. I checked Instyle and they show no record of a subscription order for me. I have emailed Alicia 2-3 times with no response. It wasn't alot of money but the principle....
