Not ordered supplements charged to Credit card

On line requested for free samples by paying shipping charges and wola after 20 days my credit card was charged with Can.dollars 134.00 and just few days ago another charge for Can.dollars 54.00.
I tried to reach the telephone number which appears with credit card company no one answere...
