I ordered a watch order #tp139375, the tracking says it was delivered, and it wasnt! I called time piece to explain the situation and they told me after being very rude, nothing we can do. It says delivered, and that I should go to usps office and have them find it.. So like an idiot I did there job. Post office told me to contact shipper because regular mail man was off and a temp mis delivered it.. Shipper must issue a follow up claim. I called back time piece and they told me to bad it was delivered! I have video proof from my home security system it wasnt delivered. Time piece expects me to payfor this item I didnt recieve and its unfair. They didnt put a signature on it or even insure it.. Remarkable. I just want my $200 refund and be done with this company, this was my 1st order ever from here.

Desired outcome: i want a full refund

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International The phantom two-tone phantom watch, and the oxford ring

I received your catalog and it is all looking very expensive and nice, I purchased the two items as a set, you said the RETAIL PRICE IS $795. when I received my order they gave me no instructions to set my watch or even how to use it, I had the watch and ring appraised for my insurance both pieces together were worth just at $100 that means the watch was worth $80, and the ring was $20, I could not even get them insured and I have had the items for two and a half months the silver on my ring is already fading and I can not find a jeweler that will remove the links from the band on my watch because they said it falls apart and the parts are special order, the advertisement price for the pair was $289 plus tax and $24 shipping but the add says if you buy both as a pair you save additional $39, and shipping I received neither I am a disabled veteran and they do not give military discounts to veterans, you claim the silver in these items is SOLID 925 sterling silver, and 18 karat gold plated that is fading quickly I personally think I deserve a total refund plus keep my items plus $500 more for the disappointment, the emotional anger for being lied to about the quality and the so called RETAIL PRICE thank you God Bless You all I live on disability because I am mentally and physically disabled from serving my country you made me believe I was buying $864 worth for less and I ended up paying $about $260 more than they are worth I feel that every thing you printed in the catalog about each Item is totally Misleading a pawn shop wont even accept these items they hold no value and have no value if anyone is misleading someone it is you...

Desired outcome: I believe i deserve a apology and a total refund plus for Mental Anguish and i keep my items and i will print a public review it is up to you if my review is good or bad

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International bought gift bracelet for girlfriend. stones fell out.

I brought the bracelet on Order #[protected] (placed on February 5, 2016 1:22:44 PM EST, Order #[protected]). I paid $233.95 My girlfriend gave it back to me when the stones started falling out and a jeweler told her they all had to be reguled and it wasnt worth the cost. I got an RAM (RMA 100946) and sent it back to them September 13, 2017. Just called them and they told me the bracelet was out of their one year warranty and they were returning it to me. They offered me a discount on a new purchase.
Stones should not fall out of a $200 bracelet after a year and a half. I believe I an entitled to a refund. Why would I buy another piece of jewelry from a company that wont stand behind their products.

I purchased a watch and ring from you. The top piece of the waste band detached from the watch. I called to have my watch replaced and a supervisor by the name of Keshena Genini said that she would replace the broken piece and that she expected me to go to a jeweler to have it fixed. I wanted them to give me a new watch. The products are very low quality and Time pieces refuses to take responsibility for its merchandise.

Very disappointed.

I have ordered several ladies watches and rings over the years and have never been disappointed. The photos on line and in the catalog truly represent the product. When having batteries changed in watches, I have had jewelers comment on the quality of the watches since it wasn't a brand they knew. I plan on future purchases. Very happy with the company

Timepieces gives good quality for good prices. Their return policy is second to none. Sometimes when you receive your purchase it is not what you pictured in the catalog. That are very gracious about returning it. I have purchased several watches and mens bracelets and have purchased gifts for my wife. We love this company.

I'd say I've had good service from timepieceusa.com. I order something, they deliver it, and I'm happy. I like the quality of their products and the beautiful boxes they come in. I've now ordered three items from them and have been pleased with each one. I'd recommend them.

Talk about poor customer service! Timepieces International takes the dubious first prize! I ordered the golden corsage ring and it took AGES for it to be shipped to me. When I called this company about my order, I was told it my fault that the shipping was taking so long but gave me no reason why this was so. Of course the company was at fault that the shipping of the ring was delayed but the representatives tried their best to convince me that the fault laid with me. Then to add insult to injury, one of the stones fell out of the ring a week after I finally received it. After repeated attempts at contacting this company, I received no reply. Take my advice and BEWARE of this company. Never, ever, ever purchase anything from them!

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International Diamond Stainless bracelet

My partner ordered the bracelet for a Christmas present, after 2 weeks wearing it, the leather braided ban came out of the stainless coupler, it apparently was held in place by "hot glue" only, I've tried contacting them for service to see if there is any warranty, but to no avail, the website is gone, and I cannot find any customer service number o call, if anyone has any updated info, I would surely appreciate any guidance! TIA Scott

No one is questing the watches, even though after their normal 5 year warranty they typically break. If they break before the warranty they will replace the watch if they don't currently have any in stock. That brings up the problem with the company. They sale items that they don't currently have in stock, for example I ordered my father's birthday present in september. I called in october to find out what the status was and they told me the end of october it would be in stock. I just called today november 16th and now i'm told the end of november. I have been ordering from this company for 10 years and it's come time to stop the madness.
Do not use or purchase any items from this company or you will not receive your goods as they suggest, don't expect them to communicate that fact with you. Very poor company and sort of shady. I will be contact the better business bureau for more information on this company and make sure consumers are aware.

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International stolen credit card number/fradulent charges

I ordered A watch online from Timepieces international. They sent me a different color watch that I ordered. When I called they told me the whatch in the color I wanted no longer available. I put the charges on my amex card, which one I never use, this was the first charge I put on this card this year. A month later a numerous attemt to charge my card was made and I was alerted by the credit card company.

they took my money since novenber they send me the wrong items i send back my wacht not working for exchance they recived the wacht i have who sign for the wacht tru fedex#[protected] i still waiting they also charge my bank account 19.99 for extra links for a bracelet no links i cant not wear bracelet to small i try to call customer since last week no answers no more phones. I know they rip me off I send e.mails no response.total they took 258.oo dollars 19.99 can any body help me.

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International Ladies Watch Bought 45 days before &exchange period&

I spent ALOT of money with this company. I puchased a watch 3 years ago and I absolutley, love it! Well, 1 year later, regretfully, I lost it. I saved my money for 1 whole year, and as a "goal" I wanted to buy the same exact watch. Well I DID. In November 2008. I also, spent much additional, for the matching "LADIES" watch, for my girlfriend. I gave it to her at Christmas . She was surprised, but she liked a different one offered at the same company, same price, just a different style. MY COMPLAINT IS: The " said" policy states, 30 day exchange policy. The company will not call me back to help me in any way. It upsets me, because I can't wear mind without hurting her feelings. All I want is to echange it and help with assisting me with "how to do it"? Please anyone, can you help me?

To answer your question about the watch dilemma you're currently dealing with, i STRONGLY SUGGEST you contact your credit card company and ask that they get your money back, and also i suggest you take those watches back or send them back to the store you bought them from.

I don't know if the time frame has gone over where you can't recover your money but regardless i'd report this company to my credit card company and demand a REFUND of my money. Contact the Better Business Bureau in the city or state this company is located in also, and file a complaint against them to.

sent me wrong watch because they dont have the right one in stock, now want me to send back registered mail for 20.00. I sent back and waited for refund, telling them on phone i wanted refund and also writing on copy of invoice in packaging i wanted a refund. 2 weeks later i get an email saying my watch has been sent to me.guess what? same wrong watch. now they want me to send back again and say they will not credit me the orig shipping cost because they dont refund that. i guess i have to go through my credit card company. do yourself a favor, buy a casio g-shock. i'm out 40 dollars and all my wasted time.

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International Never got my order

The " Timespieces International" is the last company you want to order from. I ordered a watch 7 weeks ago first it was 2 weeks then they where hold up by costumes then they are in Florida not shipped jet but 2 weeks later I still don't have the watch. They feed you a line of BS if you call and complain to their Costumer Service if there is such a thing at all.

I never will order from that company again they do not care about the costumer at all.

I had to call many times to find out where my watch was. I finally received it 2 weeks after it was promised. It had a defect and they sent replacement overnight. I wouldn't give them 5 stars, maybe 3. I love my watch!

i dont really know anything about timepieces international, but to be honest, before anyone will take you seriously darling, i think you should learn to spell, and actually make proper gramatical sense. i don't think that a single sentence in your comment made any sense, no wonder the customer service wasn't helpful... they probably couldn't understand you! Sorry for the bluntness, but im an english teacher and these things get on my nerves!

order Onyx ring size 10, u/ODR cost $99.00 with s/h $117.00 on June 10 2008, merchandise came unhappy with merchdise was return on june 21 via united postal service to timepieces international 3580 North West 56th Street Fort Lauderdale, FL 3309, On todays date I have not recieve credit to my crdit card.

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International GREAT SERVICE

I just wanted to take a second and refute a few of these complaints.

Being in the sales and finance industry personally, it is often a point to say that sometimes it is a customers un-realistic expectations that drive a bad experience.

Now before you think I am being stupid, please note that the company I work for has been ranked #1 is Customer Satisfaction for the last 8 months running for the entire Eastern United States. So we know how to create a great customer experience.

My girlfriend and I have now ordered 5 watches and an ink pen between us from TimepiecesUSA. ALL are nice watches, and well worth the money.

My girlfriend ordered a watch last summer, it came on time and was nice. Within a week it started to fog over in the shower. We called the customer service line and they were EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. They shipped out a replacement watch the same day, and even paid the shipping on the return order.

We own 2 Daniel Steiger watches, and 3 Klaus Kobec watches as well as a Daniel Steiger Platinum Ink Pen.

We receive great complements on all of them, and we are definitely going to order from them again in the near future.

Unbelievable customer service, 2 nd. to none. will buy again and tell all of my friends and associates. Went the extra mile to help me with a small problem. Rep was courteous and caring in my phone contact and did exactly what she said she would do. 110% satisfied.

How much did Timepiees International pay you to write your completely misleading comment? I don't want to call you a liar but the proof is in the pudding., There are way too many negative comments about this company to give much credence to your questionably positive comment.

Timepieces might mean well, but fails miserably in execution. Any company that receives my watch for repair, confirms that it is being worked on, then proceeds to lose my watch and not have any logs that it ever arrived, then finds a watch which they send to me, but it is NOT my watch at all, then only allows me to select a "comparable" watch (no refunds, please), and last of all, TI fails to communicate w/ me when they send the replacement watch, despite my specific request to be notified, and the replacement watch turns up missing - I could go on. In short, don't be fooled by the snazzy catalogs or the British accents, if you talk to "customer service." I've had more than one lousy experience dealing with this company. No more!

They are horrible. They are crooks. I ordered a bracelet in Feb and it is now April 11th and that have yet to ship out my order. To make matters worse, their policy, which is that they do not charge your account until the item is shipped is not true. I was charged in March and was told the item was shipping it out. It never did. And every time I call to inquire about the status, they tell me next week. EVERY week, they tell me Next week. I've had it. I hope they refund my money in a much quicker time-frame.

Watch arrived 2 months after I ordered it! No document. Poorly packaged. Appeared used. Winding stem was impossible to unscrew and will not close. Five requests to customer service unanswered. Disputing the charge through my bank. AVOID doing ANY business with this company.

Timepieces International ROCKS! I have ordered 5 watches from them and they are incredible! Awesome value and are real head turners! My wife and I travel all over the world, and no matter what country we are in or what language the people speak, somebody wants to know about my watches! As far as customer service...Great! Always helpful, knowledgeable. I owned one watch for about four years when my wife accidently dropped it and the date hand popped off the spindle. My local jeweler said he couldn't fix it because of the complicated movement. I called Timepieces International to see about getting it repaired, they sent a new one. Four years after I bought it, they sent me a BRAND NEW WATCH! Timepieces International is Great!

I have to totally disagree with you on the great service comment you made for this company (Timepiecesusa).

I ordered two watches from this company on April 29th, through the buy one get one free catalog) and have called on this order numerous times. Today I called (07/16/2008) on this order and was told it had been cancelled, by whom I asked. They tell me I had cancelled this order.

The one watch was ordered for my son's birthday gift, now that has come and gone.

When I called today the told me they discontinued the watch I had ordered for my son.

Do you think I cancelled the order or did they cancel the order.

In the USA we call the terrible customer service!

TimePiecesUSA.com / Timepieces International Incompetent company, customer service on all levels is frustrating and ineffective!

I ordered a watch for my wife as a Christmas present on the 22nd of November. Attempted multiple times to call the customer service number after 10 days, but it was always busy, day after day. Finally, they responded to an email, stating that the watch had been shipped. 2 Weeks later I went through the same process, emails, phone calls, nothing. I finally got through on the Customer service line, only to find out the watch was never shipped. My watch was no longer in stock. They offered to send out another watch Next day FEDEX. I accepted. 4 days later I received the watch, only to find out that it is the wrong item. It's a men's watch, right next to the packing list describing the original womens watch I ordered. Do not use this company. They are incompetent, and their customer service on all levels is frustrating and ineffective.
