We signed a lease on the 9th of February, with the promise that we would have panels and service by the end of March. I had to call at least once a month until they finally installed at the beginning of July. The service was not turned on until the 2nd week of August. During all of that I was avoided and lied to.
Yesterday (the 27th of Sept) I was told that they "bent over backwards" to appease me. They have refused to stand up to all of the promises made to me.
This is the worst customer service that I have ever received....
