Tried it again, called them asked about the...

I ordered a JVC GZ-HD7 camcorder from this company. On the day of order I asked if it was in stock and when it would ship. I was told it was in stock - as advertised - and it would ship with 5-7 business days. I paid via credit card and was then sent an email that I had to answer to confirm...

They advertised the lowest price I could find on the Canon HV30 camcorder. Their website looked legit, so I called before I ordered to confirm it was not refurbished. Before I could get through my question, the sales rep just hung up on me. Stunned, I decided to call back thinking maybe he dropped...

False advertising!
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 2 votes
This company is a total scam. They advertise items they do not have at extremely low prices. They then try to "bait and switch". I called their toll free number and was advised that they had a Garmin 660 navigation system in stock for $274. I placed the order. Five days later I called...

Called the company to ask question regarding a D80 - after 15 min of hold, a rep picked up, placed me back on hold without saying a word, 10 min later - answered, I asked if the camera came with a battery - looking at purchasing a "superb package deal" - rep says "its available"...
