A horrible experience
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 1 votes
This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. From beginning to end they proved to be dishonest and incompetent; it is amazing they have stayed in business as long as they have! The fiasco started on June 11, when I placed an order for a Canon Xti (for which I specified two...

Their Method of Business
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 7 votes
The method they use, after you order on line, is to send you a order confirmation email with instructions to call them on the phone to verify the credit card you used. If you don't call within 6 business days your order will be delayed(?).
When you do call them the "salesperson"...

As some other unfortunate "sap" found out... This company will not return your call, or email! Period. Oh, by the way, they have a 7 day return policy. Fine. Problem is, they won't answer the phone! Then you have to leave a message, only to NOT have it returned. Oh, and when they...
