We made full payment to www.tender247.com .they never gave us relevant tenders or tender documents to us. Once they got payment they never bother to help us find tenders .They don’t give complete tender information as they make promised to us .The website is complete fraud .Do not take there tender service or you will not get tenders and also lose your money. They are fraud website as numerous cases of call centre fraud in india. We are going to file case against this website.
Also they begged me to re subscribe again and assured that it will not happen again and also offered me 6 months additional services , and after paying , they are again doing same old things.
They also don’t give refund even after numerous call to them.
Desired outcome: Need my refund as because of them we didn’t come to know about 4 tenders

This is to inform you all that I have been worked in www.tender247.com for more than 3 years, I was working as a customer care executive & I got many Negative feedback from many client like they keep on missing tenders every time so many clients used to complaint that missing tenders then they research and use to post that missing tenders, Many tenders are being posted very late so that the client cannot be able to bid on such tenders, Sometimes they mention incorrect deadline, Sometime the same tenders are been posted again and again.. Like you will find more error’s..that's the reason Tender247.com is not a good website to subscribe because they will hardly provide you few info from few countries throughout the year which is not very useful & Relevant for your business and some tenders information they provide does not have full details you will find incomplete info which is of no use and they will charge you more than EUR 1000 to EUR 2000 for 12 months. Sometimes they can convenience you that we have a local agent in more than 100 countries from this point they will make you happy and purchase the subscription but if you ask to purchase a tender document for any tender then they charge USD 200-500 as a effort cost for per tenders at the last movement they will say our local agent is not available and all many excuse they will provide. So beware of this website don’t be get cheated from this website. It is a Spammer, Fake & Fraud information providing website.

There is this company called TenderTiger.com who have been posting such manufactured stories and untruthful information. They happens to be the competition of Tender247.com and the executives of TenderTiger are trained to be bad mouth about their competition even of phone. I've gov such phone calls plenty of time but stopped paying heed to them while I experienced the services offered by Tender247.com i have recommended tender247.com to atleast 5-7 in my business circle. I was never told by Tender247 that they have offices in 100 locations. These all seems like a company not able to cope up with competition is desperate to defame the other. I run a CMMI level 3 software firm and we are an 100% export oriented unit and mostly depend on the overseas federal opportunities for our business expansion and I appreciate the in depth knowledge of the team and ever-ready-to-support approach which puts them way ahead of competition. The best part is, the directors of Tender247.com are just a phone call away when you need any assistance or impromptu support and literally they've shared their nos of their site. This shows their commitment. I will rate them "Much Better" service provider than the ones exist in market. Look at the applications / content / UI of their solution, it is near perfection. The competitors must learn from their professionalism instead of finding some cheap ways of defaming others. I was contacted by one Kiran from tender247 for subscription, after negotiations we settled for Rs.6000 for 1 state 24 months. He was very helpful at the start. however when I couldn't login my WhatsApp messages to resolve the issue never get replied and I am still trying. I never doubt tender247 to be a scam. I am appealing for a refund.
I am also of the same opinion. We were using tendersinfo in which we could unlimited info...
We regret to have subscrided tenders247 who are not clear about their stand and fooling customers with great offers but very limited services. They also do not wish to improve.
