I had a terrible experience with TBdress. I ordered three coats from their website and when they arrived, they were way too small for me. I'm a pretty average size, 5'10" and 188 lbs, but I could barely get my arms in the sleeves. I tried to contact TBdress to resolve the issue, but they don't make it easy to get in touch with them. After a few days, I finally received a message from them asking me to upload images of the coats. Unfortunately, their site wouldn't let me upload the photos, so I had to return the coats and take pictures of the packaging and receipt to prove that I had sent them back.

Finally, in February, I received a message from them saying that they couldn't refund me because I hadn't let them know that I was returning the coats and they didn't have any photos of them. I was only out $229, which isn't a huge amount of money, but it was the principle of the matter that really bothered me. I recently bought two dresses from TBdress for a total of $256.00. I was so excited to receive them, but when they arrived several weeks later, I was extremely disappointed. The dresses did not fit me at all, even though I had measured myself multiple times and compared my measurements to their sizing guide. The sizing guide was completely inaccurate, and I couldn't even zip up the dresses.

To make matters worse, I had ordered both dresses in burgundy, but when they arrived, the color was completely off. They looked like they had been dyed with cheap, chemical dye, and the dresses reeked of it. Additionally, the dresses looked nothing like the pictures on the website. One of the dresses was supposed to have intricate beading on the bodice, but what I received was completely different. The beading was made of large, cheap square jewels that were hot glued onto the dress. The material was also not as advertised.

When the suit finally arrived a month later, it was too small for me, and it was obvious that it was made in China, with Chinese tags and shipping info on it. The jacket was so tight that it wouldn't fit my husband's size Large shoulders. The return process was a nightmare, and the customer service rep didn't speak English very well, so it was difficult to communicate with her. She kept addressing the hat that still hadn't arrived, probably because she assumed that's what I would be writing to complain about. When I finally got return instructions for the suit, I was told the refund would be minus a $10 shipping fee, AND that I should go to USPS and pay for the return myself. That's ridiculous! They retroactively charge you the original shipping cost, even though I'd ordered during a "Free shipping if you spend..." deal. That's not how you do a return! This ordeal went on for a month, but they did eventually refund my money on the card, minus the random fees and the $15 I had to pay to send the dress back to California. Thank goodness I didn't have to return it to China!

The dress I got for myself was cheaply made, but it had a fun pattern that I would only wear for a theme party or something like that. The gloves were decent for the low price of $8. The hat never showed up, so they sent me a coupon to apologize, for 10% off my next order. Yeah, right! When I complained, they said I could pick something else for the same price, but I didn't want any more of their crappy clothing. I did eventually get the money refunded for the hat, but it took a while.

I waited until the return came through to write this review to help other potential customers. As far as I can tell, I'm not able to review any of the products, even the ones I kept. Yet there are plenty of 5-star reviews for the items on their site, which makes me think those are all fake. This whole site seems like a shady operation meant to scam people. I recently ordered a bridesmaid dress from TBdress, but unfortunately it didn't fit. I wanted to return it, but this company did not follow their return policy. First off, I couldn't get TBdress to give me a return address to return the dress. I followed all steps that they asked me to do in order to return the dress for a full refund. And yet they continued to tell me that they would refund only a percent of the purchase price and would not give me a return address to send it to. This continued as they tried to make me "offers" but never gave me an address to send the dress back to until July and I ordered in April! I received the dress in May and without the help of PayPal, I wouldn't have gotten anywhere with this company.

So... My question is... if I don't have an address to send it back to,... how can I possibly return it within the time frame they would like? I believe this company is very good at diverting from refunds and keeping your money. Watch your money. I would not order from them unless you know your item will fit. Their customer service return assistance is non-existent.

Aaron from the TBdress company is asking me to take my review down in order to receive my refund. I responded to him saying that I would kindly take the review down after I have received my refund. A company that gives you an ultimatum when giving a refund... should not be trusted! Again... I would not waste your money purchasing from this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with! Be careful with your money. If you are unsure that you will like your item or question whether it will fit, and may need a refund I would suggest NOT ordering from them.

I had to have PayPal help me out with this refund. I sent the dress back to an address that TBdress asked me to send it to. I sent this USPS with a tracking number. I sent the tracking number to the company through their "special" online messaging. (the only way you can get an answer for any kind of problem). The TB dress company has received the dress. They acknowledged that they did receive it and the USPS tracking code says that it arrived and was received by TBdress's address that they gave me on July 5th. It is now July 18th and PayPal and I have not heard a word from TBdress. Make your own decision. Is this a company you would want to order from?

TBdress never responded to PayPal's dispute center. PayPal made the decision to refund my money. Am I happy? Yes... that I received my refund. (No thanks to TBdress).
So I conclude with be very cautious if you order from this company. You may have to put in many hours of time in order to get a refund, as I did. This company WOULD NOT HAVE ANY STARS if I could rate them that way!

I ordered 3 items on January 30th, 2023 but I didn't received my orders. The status said ship and delivered but they didn't deliver to me. I emailed the company several times but they ignored my emails and phone calls. I used all of their contact information but no reply.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TBdress. I mean, I took a chance and ordered an outfit for my daughter's wedding back in March. They said it would arrive by April 10, so I figured that was plenty of time. But guess what? It didn't show up until April 19 - a whole nine days later! And wouldn't you know it, that was the day after I left for a much-needed vacation.

When I got back, I was excited to try on my new outfit. But when I did, I was super bummed to find out that it was way too small. I mean, I ordered the size I always wear, but this thing was like a size 0 or something. Even my mom, who's three sizes smaller than me, couldn't fit into it! So I contacted TBdress to see if I could return it or exchange it for a bigger size.

But nope. They told me it was one day past the refund date (which was only seven days, by the way), so they wouldn't do anything for me. I tried to explain that the only reason I missed the deadline was because their shipping was so slow, but they didn't want to hear it. They were super unhelpful and basically told me tough luck.

So now I'm stuck with this crappy outfit that nobody can wear. And let me tell you, I'm not happy about it. I really wish I had shopped somewhere else that was more reliable and actually stood behind their products. Lesson learned, I guess.

This company is a total scam! They lure you in with beautiful pictures of dresses and then send you a completely different and low-quality product. However, what I got was a dress that looked like it was shaped like a potato and was orange in color! The lace was completely different from what was shown in the photo and most of the sequins and pearls were falling off. The fabric felt like plastic and was of very poor quality.

In short, the dress they sent me was not the one they advertised on their website. When I contacted their customer service team and sent them the photos they requested, they said they didn't see any problem with the dress. They claimed that they had made it to the size I had asked for, even though I had shown them with a measuring tape that they had not. I had proof of what I had ordered, but they refused to acknowledge it. They also said that the belt and pearls were the correct color, but didn't address the fact that the dress was orange, not champagne! The belt was also not the same as the one shown in their photo online.

Their customer service representative, "Devine", responded to my emails quickly, but only offered me a $45 discount on the dress which cost me $183. This was not acceptable, given the poor quality of the dress and the fact that it was not what I had ordered. I also ordered a belt in the same order, which they claimed had shipped before the dress, but it has yet to arrive.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from TBdress to think twice. They are a dishonest company that uses bait and switch tactics to deceive their customers. The photos of the white dress on their website are not what you will receive. Instead, you will get a low-quality, poorly made dress that is nothing like what you ordered. I provided photo evidence to show that the dress was significantly different from what was advertised and thankfully, PayPal agreed with me.

TBdress offered me an $80 refund, but I declined as I wanted the full amount back. PayPal made them provide their address so I could return the dress, but they were withholding it at first. I had to spend $50 to ship it back to China with tracking, but I was willing to do that in order to get my money back.

It took three months in total to get any money back and I also had to pay $25 for import fees. It was a frustrating experience, but I'm glad I was able to get my money back in the end. I also found out that the same photo of the dress was being used by another online retailer called Victoria's Queen, so I won't be buying from them either.

Overall, I would say that TBdress is not a reliable website to buy from. If you do decide to purchase something from them, make sure you go through PayPal so you have some protection. It's a lesson I won't be forgetting anytime soon!

So, I wanted to get a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding and she suggested that I check out TBdress. I thought it was a good idea since she said that it was the perfect place to get dresses for bridesmaids. However, my experience with TBdress was a complete NIGHTMARE! The dress that I received was far too big around the waist and bust, even though I had it measured by a seamstress as per the company's requirements. On the other hand, the sleeves were far too small. The dress was also made poorly with cheap zippers and unraveling seams. I was really disappointed with the quality of the dress.

TBdress takes a picture from another company, copies it, and then tries to have a seamstress recreate it. Although the seamstress made the dress alright, it was still very poorly made. I am now questioning whether this is a legit site with legal workers working for them. I am really disappointed with the quality of the dress and the service that I received from TBdress.

When I tried to send the dress back for a refund, they talked all around the subject of return but that they could fix it if I sent it back. They would not be paying the return shipping, and then they would send it back to me with another cost. I told them that I wanted to just get a refund, but I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months now. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with TBdress. I purchased a pair of nude wedges on August 3rd for a wedding on August 22nd. The website stated that the product would ship in 3-7 days, but it didn't ship out until the 12th, which is 9 days later. I didn't receive the product until August 26th, which is almost a month after I placed my order.

When I finally received the shoes, I was disappointed to find out that they were too small. I ordered a size 7 1/2 so I could put my inserts in, but my toes were crammed and I had to curl them to get the shoe on. It's more like a full size lower than what I ordered. The shoe has an ankle strap with a bow, but it's on the inside of the leg instead of the outside, which looks weird.

When I contacted customer service, I had the worst experience. The representative told me that it's not their problem that it took almost a month to receive the product and that if the size is wrong, it's my fault. They didn't take responsibility for making a faulty product or that the shoe runs too small. The representative argued with me through several emails about the amount of time it took, the inferiority, and the wrong size. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistakes.

If I want to return the product, I have to pay for shipping. If I want to exchange it, I still have to pay for shipping. If I decide to keep the product, they will only refund me $8 out of over $40 for these useless shoes.

A few days after that, I received an email from TBDress stating that they had received the dress, but it was damaged. They said that I could only get a 30% refund. I asked them for pictures of the damages, but they said that it had a smell, so they had to throw it away. A smell? Really? I sent the dress back in the same bag they sent it to me in, and I even put it in a box to make sure it wouldn't get damaged. There's no way it could have been damaged!

I filed a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back. TBDress is now trying to say that they gave me a 30% refund already, but that was the discount I was offered for buying the second dress. I've been going back and forth with these people for almost two weeks now, and I've spent $365.00 so far. I'm not happy at all!

So, I tried to reach out to them on their messenger thingy to see if they could help me out, but all I got was a bunch of back-and-forth that didn't go anywhere. And get this, their tracking site is all in Chinese and I only speak English, which I told them over and over again. But did they care? Nope! They just kept wasting my time with their useless chatter.

And get this, they even assured me that my order would arrive on time, but it never did. And when I tried to get a refund, they were nowhere to be found. It's like they took my money and ran off with it! What a bunch of crooks.

When I opened it, I was shocked to see a bunch of yellow glass stones loose in the bag, and many of them had fallen off the dress. I mean, seriously? How can they even think of shipping a dress like that?

Anyway, I tried the dress on and to my dismay, the yellow glass stones kept falling off to the floor. The dress was nothing like the quality described on their website, and the picture didn't even show the "yellow glass stones stuck on the dress". I mean, come on, how can they be so deceptive?

To make matters worse, I can't even wear the dress because you can clearly see where the yellow glass stones are missing. And to top it all off, the dress continues to lose yellow glass stones with every step I take while wearing it. I am beyond disappointed with the sub-standard quality of the dress and I demand a full refund.

I have already asked for a refund for the damaged dress I received and provided TBdress with all the details and pictures. I have also made it clear that they need to be responsible for the pick-up of the dress if they require it returned. I mean, why should I bear the cost of shipping the dress back to them when it was falsely advertised on their website and shipped in a damaged condition?

The photos on their website make the dresses look like designer dresses, but in reality, they are just cheap, low-quality garbage. And to add insult to injury, TBdress wants me to return the dress back to them at my cost so I can receive a partial refund. Are they kidding me?

In conclusion, I would advise everyone to stay away from TBdress website. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers who sell low-quality products and then refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Save your money and buy from a reputable website instead.

I recently purchased a dress and a beanie from TBDress on November 17th. Unfortunately, my order arrived a week before Christmas, which was later than I expected. When I opened the package, I was disappointed to see that the dress did not look like the online image. The fabric was cheap and the breast cups were sewn too high up the bodice, covering my collar bone instead of my breasts. I immediately requested a return the day after it arrived.

Returning the dress was a real hassle. First, they asked me to take photos of the faulty dress. Then, they offered me $25 to keep the dress and said that it was too expensive for them to take a return. I was frustrated because their return policy is BS and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee on a faulty dress. I declined to pay it and advised them that the dress was not wearable. I sent them photos of the faulty sewn dress, but they gave me the run-around.

I had to get PayPal involved to return the dress, and I followed their instructions. However, my return is currently stuck in customs in China for some reason. I will update this review on the outcome, but my recommendation is not to order anything from this retailer unless you are a seamstress or prepared to pay a tailor to make corrections. You get what you pay for.

Oh, and the beanie? The top of the hat is open, and it is essentially a sleeve. It's not very useful in the winter time, and I was disappointed. I kept it because it's easy to sew it closed, but really, do you want to buy items that you must repair before you can even wear them? It's definitely not worth it for me, and I paid for the postage back. I don't think they're going to cover it.

UPDATE: PayPal refunded my order because TB Dress did not respond to the return. Overall, I would not recommend this retailer. Their return policy is a hassle, and the quality of their products is not worth the price.

So, I ordered this dress from TBdress and when it arrived, it didn't fit me right. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I tried to contact the company to see if I could return it. After a little while, I finally got a response from them.

The email was from someone named Lynette and it was pretty long. She said that they were sorry about the quality of the dress and that they were going to try to improve it. But then she said that they could offer me a discount of $35 if I kept the dress.

I wasn't sure what to do, so I kept reading. Lynette said that I could donate the dress to someone else or sell it to someone if I didn't want it. Or, I could keep it and place a new order with them and they would give me a discount of 20%.

But if I wanted to return it for a refund, they would have to deduct the labor fee and the material cost of the dress. So, I would only get a refund of $70, which is part of the item price of $177.84. They don't have any stock of the dress, so they can't just send me a new one.

Lynette also said that they wouldn't refund me the shipping fee of $34.81 because that was charged by the shipping company, not them. And she said that returning the dress would be expensive because of the shipping fee.

Honestly, I was a little confused by all of this. But Lynette said that if I needed the refund urgently, it would take about a month for me to receive it because they have to wait until they receive the dress back from me.

So, I'm not really sure what to do. I don't want to keep the dress if it doesn't fit me, but I also don't want to pay a lot of money to return it. I wish TBdress had a clearer return policy.

Today the package was supposed to have been delivered to In/At Mailbox. There is no package. I have sent an email to them requesting to know where my order is at.

I ordered a Western Style coat in January of 2022. Still have not received in July of 2022. Customer service is a joke. They are based out of China. Order still pending. I just want my coat or refund.
