Taco Bell No response to email, have made several attempts. Need refund

Hello My Name Is Annelise Coker, my Email is [protected]@gmail.com for contact or more information if need be. On Sunday, Feb 4, 2024 I placed an Order to the Taco Bell @1706 A St, Antioch, CA 94509 threw the Taco Bell App. I ordered for Delivery, so not sure what 3rd party was picking up my order upon placing my order I got a msg saying order received. Then got an update msg from the delivery service saying my food will arrive at this set time. Then order said it was cancelled not specifying who exactly cancelled my order and I never received my food or refund. It was $60.00+ and I was highly discouraged considering I have 4 hungry kids in my ear which was very frustrating. I ended up having to find a ride to a different taco bell which was even more irritating because the things I was ordering on the app weren't available at the store on have so I had to totally switch up everyone's order. I have screen shots of the messagings I received and can forward them no problem. Id appreciate it if someone got back to me ASAP Tha k You Have A Good Day!

Taco Bell Staff on drugs

Today I had an issue with your staff located at the 2306 Dix Hwy, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 Taco Bell store.

Upon using the drive through, I noticed that the cashier whom was wearing a pink face mask's behavior is indicative that they are on drugs. They were acting like someone acts when they are using meth. Their behavior was crazy, moving all over the place way too fast and being extremely rude, slamming food down. Please drug screen your staff for the safety of everyone.

Taco Bell The two burritos that i ordered did not have extra steak on it that i paid for

I went to taco bell last week the drive thue and did not get my correct i asked for extra steak and not get it. When i got home i called. And the manager hung up on me twice. And was very rude . Last night my famile waned to go to taco bell. The manager said that we were not to be served at her store anymore along with my family and friends.we were denied service because i did not like the service but my family and friends had nothing to do with it

Taco Bell Deming NM Taco Bell Carmen Morales

December 16 2023 after 7pm before 9pm my family of 5 went in to eat I got lied to right away and was talked to like a child by a tall older lady about in her 60-70 I understand she wants us to use the inside self service and had no problem I even respected her even though she didn’t seem to like ppl. So when I was ordering the machine couldn’t ring up the steak burrito so I told her when she went to the machine she said I can’t order that burrito off that machine. I asked if she can charge me extra and let the people in the back know she said no if I want that burrito I can go through the drive-through I explained that my family was eating inside what she has seen and said is there any chance she can order it through drive-through since there was no customers in drive-through she responded with no I have to go through drive-through. I told her it was not my fault and a younger girl ended up asking her to use the machine and drive-through because nobody was using it which I had already told her she told the little girl if she wanted to bring up my order she could, but that herself was not. I am not from Deming New Mexico. I am from Morenci Arizona. I have family in Deming and Taco Bell is a business we go to everywhere Las Cruces, New Mexico, Phoenix, Arizona, Stafford, Arizona, Globe, Arizona my whole family loves this place. I really didn’t want to go to the Deming New Mexico one because I have a cousin who I was on speakerphone with in her car and I overheard the people discriminating her. She went to pick up an order. because she works for Uber eats and I heard of my own ears her escalating is that my order for Uber eats. She said her name is Jamie Perez and the lady said yes I overheard another lady say you are not allowed to pick up food here anymore so Perez responded with why is that the Carmen Morales told her because you are banned my cousin said Uber eats notify her Carmen explained I remember they did so that is why and Carmen Morales explained because a girl called over here and said you never delivered her food, so Jayme better said I always deliver the food I even have good reviews maybe she confused me are you sure it was Jamie Perez the lady responded yes it was you, so Jamie Perez replied I’m gonna call Uber eats and see what happened. Hold on the lady said no you need to leave, Jamie Perez told her Uber eats excepted my order and if I don’t take it to her this girl who I’m taking it to is it think I think I didn’t want to deliver it? Can I take her her food and call Uber eats the lady responded no she need to leave and she was gonna call the cops, so Jamie Perez asked another employee if he can you remake her food because it’s gonna be cold we’ve been talking for the last 15 minutes and Carmen Morales told her not to be talking to them and that she need to leave Jamie Perez explained. She is worried about the customer food and really confused and that it’s a misunderstanding and told her, by the time you get a new person and pick up food and deliver it. It’s gonna be cold Carmen Morales responded with don’t be a smart [censored] mind you this is all in drive-through, and there’s people behind Jayme Perez vehicle. Jamie Perez pulled over on the side and called Uber eats. She put Uber eats on three-way so I heard the whole conversation Uber eats was confused said no one had complained to them. He didn’t understand why they were doing that to her. He did ask for Taco Bell‘s number and told her to hold on Then got back on the phone with Jamie Perez and said he’s going to have to make a note but that they said they didn’t want her there but that he was gonna do an investigation because they also said that a lady called didn’t have a name for this lady or a number but that a lady called Made a complaint she never got her food delivered. Told her she had good reviews and this was the first usually customers will complain to Uber eats not where they picked up their food. So Jamie Perez kept getting orders I know cause I’m on the phone with her every day I have a Verizon phone bill to prove it. She even likes for me to be a witness to this, so she will call me before she goes. ask my opinion on what to do or if she was rude. What could she have done to prevent that and how her job is so we came up with a plan to accept the Taco Bell orders since she getting them she pick up a close friend son who is 11 and the son would go in and pick up the order inside it worked, but the boy end up going back to school so now she don’t pick up Taco Bell orders because of this reason I did not want to go in and when I did and I had to experience, I had it turned out the older white lady I dealt with was one of the lady she dealt with she felt ganged up on her and she felt Carmen Morales was the supervisor and allowed the other employees to act out on her, including a boy a total of three of them if you Google Taco Bell, Deming, New Mexico, and look at the reviews, you will see one stars, and most of them will complain about management and their service and not these are different individuals. I clicked on a few who had a lot of ratings and they usually gave five stars not all but a lot, I told Jamie Perez to complain about this to call corporate. She started crying and felt bullied and discriminated. I even told her she can get a hold of a lawyer I’m not only a witness, but the Uber eats everything as well. she was just happy she can’t get food there since she goes every day she started going in the mornings and for lunch and the service is good at her and the reason why I am sending this long message and not going to sleep even though I work in a few hours is cause I’m very upset what I overheard today when she went to go pick up her food that was already paid for through the app. Her family wanted Taco Bell and she dreaded going in to pick it up called me. She wanted to witness when Carmen Morales saw her, she told her she is no longer allowed to order from Taco Bell anymore, Jamie Perez asked why Morales responded I’m here and I’m not gonna allow you to order the food was ready but she rather throw it away and show she’s boss and wants people to think she owns Taco Bell. I guess like it’s her money with that said, Jamie Perez called her a [censored] left had to pull over down the road cause she didn’t couldn’t stop crying and her babies were waiting for Taco Bell and are very picky. I’m not a complainer, but I do stand up for people who are being bullied and this girl is like a sister like I said, I can show a time on My Verizon prove I was on the phone with her not only was on the phone with her. I was on the phone with Uber eats. I have no reason to make this up. I don’t even know the people cause I live in Morenci Arizona work for FMI and only go to Deming about twice a year if that my phone number is [protected]. My name is Yvonne I can give you Jayme Perez info I would hate to see Demi New Mexico Taco Bell closed down cause even when I drive-through to go to Las Cruces or El Paso, I will stop by Taco Bell. Never fails us too bad customer service does.

Taco Bell My order that door dash delivered on 01/03/2024

I didn't get what I ordered and I got stuff that was acceptable as replacements, Order number 969204, I called the store and the man that answered the phone was very rude and even used foul language with me, I told him I didn't get what I ordered and he argued and said they didn't have what I ordered so they just added whatever they thought was sufficient, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE, especially for him to use foul language with me!

I know what you mean I had ordered food and door dash was suppose to of delivered in december and I still havent gotten any calls back or replies back nothing and they took my money off card and never delivered my food I have been trying to get ahold of them each and every way and nothing.Lebanon Taco Bell is a freaking joke and the rip people off

Taco Bell Stolen purse at taco bell from taco bell employee

Hello,

My friend went into the Taco Bell Location in Hays KS - Friday December 29th and left her purse inside the lobby. She called the next day and the manager said he put it on a shelf to hold - somehow it disappeared before she went to get it. She has her spare car keys in her purse, all her credit cards, drivers licenses, social security card ... etc

She really needs her items returned to her - please help the employee return her purse.

The cops said they can not clearly see on surveillance video who took the purse. Can someone check work schedules or please do something about this

Taco Bell Unethical work environments

I experienced a lot of unprofessionalism. None of the Training Material was followed. The Empolyees were unprofessional, unattentive and would blame the slowness of the Order Fullfillment on the Cashier while I was in the Cashier Position. I also witness stealing and empolyees' information being spoken of by Managers and Team Leads. The Legal Breaks are not Followed. Staff is yelling at eachother and Customers are not being attended. Surveys are being Falsified and Customer Maitrx being arranged. Falsely Documented Empolyees believed to be Employed. Verbal and Emotional Abuse and fear of Retaliation experienced. Checks are always lower than should be. Skimming suspected. Company is too large to allow such bad behavior to reflect on a beautiful brand. If you truly care about revenue/quality, this needs to change.

Claimed loss: Trauma, Untrusting of Teamleads, Financial, Emotional, Stress, Health Comprimation.

Desired outcome: Investi Nonamerican Employees/Manag./Entire Building/request correct pay/Like aggressors off/ replace by professional indivi./ request meeting w/ owner/ invol./I would like the women to Apologize for all the pain/trauma.

Taco Bell Employees high on drugs

I went through the drive through and when I got to the window I was yelled at and not given my food. The "manager" accussed me of trying to kill someone? I obviously did not. This is among many other bad experiences at taco bell in marshfield wi that I have had. This last one has left me retaining legal counsel to file a civil suit. Something needs to be done about these out of control employees who have no supervision at all and treat customers and everyone any way they want to. A good example is the "manager refusing to give you your order because he is outside smoking with the rest of the employees and doesn't want to go back in and actually make any food. Absolutely unacceptable

Desired outcome: fire ALL of the managers in marshfield wisconsin taco bell, build an appropriate parking lot and drive through with entrance and exist signage as none exists currently

Taco Bell Overall experience from start to finish

Just left the Sequim, Washington Taco Bell about an hour ago. Worst experience I have ever had there. Took over 10 minutes for someone to finally notice me standing at the counter. Guy behind me said he had been standing there for over fifteen minutes waiting on his order. Placed order, and proceeded to watch a trash talking red haired girl run her mouth along with several others and just tell stories about the latest gameboy videos. She would stop what she was doing over and over again to face who she was talking too and started and or ended nearly every sentence with a loud "F" bomb that everyone at the counter area could hear. She laughed as she made several mistakes and apologized to the other workers for screwing up an order because she was admittedly talking too much. Took over fifteen minutes for me to get my order and the place was nearly empty. Red haired girl finally called my name and handed me my box and said"sorry for the delay" for which I replied "REALLY". She spun quickly and I could hear another "F" bomb description of me. Food was horrible which didn't surprise me as I'm sure ingredients were left off...

Desired outcome: Place needs to be cleaned up and worker need to be held accountable for their poor performance and trashy attitudes. Complained to the shift lead that I found outside sitting in a car smoking weed!!!

Taco Bell Food

I don't mean to complain because I have been a huge Taco Bell fan for decades. There have recently been fast food complaints leading to class action lawsuits and that is why I am concerned. I have had repeated concerns at a local Taco Bell and I would like to share some pictures. The second picture is what the food has consistently looked like. I can't let it rest, sorry. The first picture is off the website. The second picture is my food immediately after unwrapping it. What gives? Taco Bell Manager repeatedly denying customers to use restrooms, while lying to customers that they were clogged.

After completing breakfast order at the drive-thru, I needed to drive around and park to use the restroom. When I got to the restroom, I found the doors were locked. When I walked around to the register to ask for the unlock code, the cashier had to consult with her manager, and then I was told the bathroom was out of order.

Pissed, I said both of them are stopped up? I told them every time I come here, the restroom is always out of order.

I asked, what seem to the problem? The mgr said homeless people are clogging the toilets. (I suspected the manager was lying and I was right.) After demanding to see the restrooms to make a report, she unlocked the men's room, and a flush test was done to the toilet and urinal and both were operating at full power.

The manager then swiftly stormed out of the room, loudly speaking something I could not understand, with a hostile attitude.

Desired outcome: Remove lock coded door-locks and consistently monitor and clean restrooms.

Taco Bell Poor customer service and product

Tried taco fell again after two months. I was with my daughter and we were both pissed at the service and quality. They need an adult controlling the childish behavior behind the counter. They handed me my drinks dripping with soda and she kinda laughed and half heartedly apologized. I had to ask for napkins to clean up the mess. Young female with long brown hair possibly braces. The food was completely soggy and soaking through the paper containers. This taco bell is a complete ⅞joke and have attempted to speak to someone above shift supervisor but I have never received a call back. Complete disrespect and waste of money. Do not eat here unless you like to throw your money away. I took pictures and will forward them with my complaint to all the available emails addresses I can find for corporate.

Taco Bell Predatory towing

Howdy, first thank you for providing my family and me with a place we've always enjoyed being and eating. We have had many fun times and food at Taco Bell.

Unfortunately, yesterday 11/17/2023 I had a horrible experience: I parked at Taco Bell on University Dr. in College Station TX, thinking I'd get something quick to eat and then go home and rest since I was feeling unwell. Once I parked, I thought I'd run to the CVS across the street to see if I could find a kind of coconut water that sometimes helps me feel better; I ended up spending most of my time in CVS in the bathroom as I was very dizzy. Only to come back (not having found the coconut water) to Taco Bell and find that my car had been towed. Even as I was not well before, this made everything worse: I ran inside, and one of the employees (he might have been the manager) actually reached the tow truck but didn't tell them that I was right there, I think he could have stopped the towing, since I was back (I was only away no more than 15-20 minutes due to not feeling well). And they kept saying the parking is for customers: well, I was a customer (I am a customer), I just had to run across the street to see if I could find something to make me feel better. After that, no more appetite, no more dinner for me, I had to call an Uber, go to the towing place (in the middle of nowhere and it was dark and unfriendly and I suffered intimidation tactics from the towing company operator), all with a phone almost out of battery which I thankfully was able to plug in in Taco Bell. At the end of the day, my pocket lighter by about 317 dollars, I went home and crashed after eating some crackers.

Claimed loss: 317 USD (303 for towing, 14 for Uber)

Desired outcome: A monetary amount to offset the cost of towing could be considered a valid apology to a decade long customer.

Taco Bell Food and service

I visited the Taco Bell in Paradise CA today. I ordered 2 taco Supremes, chicken burrito and a sprite. When I received the sprite it was just carbonated water, no flavoring, I was in the drive thru so I told the young lady ( no name tag) that there was a problem with it and it just tasted like carbonated water and she replies " well I can't take it back" .my reply was well its not what I ordered so could I please get what I ordered. She was just short of rude but did give me a different drink.

When I got home with my order every one of my tacos was crushed and stuck to the paper they were wrapped in. They were not edible. I thought about taking them back but didn't want to deal with the attitude I was sure to get. So I wanted to make sure someone knew there was a problem.

I won't be going back.

Claimed loss: My order was $12.00. Not at all worth it. Crushed tacos and cold chicken burrito, not to mention I didn't get the drink I wanted.

Desired outcome: Address the service and attitude in this restaurant. Would be a good idea to do a random check of the food people are paying good money to get.

Taco Bell Wrong order twice and rude manage

Hello

I was at Taco Bell tonight and ordered dinner for my family. In the order i placed 2 burritos w/ beef, rice, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream NOTHING ELSE on it NO RED SAUCE BEANS OR ONIONS.Then another one the same except without tomatoes. So 3 special ordered …. When I got home all 3 had red sauce and onions. I drove back to the store and complained. I spoke with the manager she said thats what i got i told her that this was NOT what i ordered. She took my order again and supposedly remade them. When i got home they ALL had red sauce 1 had no tomatoes. The other 2 both had red sauce and onions. When i called the store this time she said she watched them being made and they didn’t have that on there. She (the manager) proceeded to get rude and say just bring them back and getting argumentative. At this point i did not feel comfortable getting any food from there with the attitude of your manager.

The order was served on 7/3/22 with BEEF and no VEGETARIAN as requested - Bill Amount $9.09

The order was served on 11/3/23 (1) MEXICAN PIZZA with BEEF - Bill Amount $26.25

(3) Crnchy Tac Sup with Vegetables, in replacement of BEEF, but without BEANS

Will not go to this Taco Bell in future and will ask others to follow.

Taco Bell Customer service

Store says close at 1AM. We (group of 10. 4 separate vehicles)walk to the door. The lady says dine in closed but the drive through is open. So we get in our vehicles go to the drive through and they only take 1 of our “groups” vehicles order. We get to order. They laugh and say sorry we are closed when they just told us 1 MINUTE prior that the drive through was open. Very unprofessional. They saw ALL 10 OF US! and only take 1 PERSONS order (he was driving solo) and laugh about it. We was IRATE. LOOK back on the cameras. You’ll see

Taco Bell Food was missing and the food I received was incorrect.

I placed an order on the Taco Bell app on Saturday night: 10-28-2023.
My order number is: 904479
Total I was charged: $15.71
When I pulled up to the window to pick up my order I looked in the bag to check my order and was told that they were out of: Black beans, rice, nacho cheese and lettuce! Really? I also paid for a side of guacamole and never received it either. My entire order was terrible and the experience was horrible. I want my credit card credited back 100%! I also took pictures of the slop and partially prepared items.

Please just refund the $15.71!
