Mid October, I transferred my T-Mobile account to my daughter, who was the user of the service. She had recently gotten married and wanted it in her name. The process was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The T-Mobile store, initially told us they couldn't do the transfers any longer, and we had to do this over the phone. We'll after over an hour of frustration sitting in the car attempting to speak to a non-native English speaking customer service representative, we were cut off. My name is SR Banks I have had my account for almost 20 years. I started with AT&T then Suncom and last of all with T-mobile. Over the last 3 years I have had the worst service and experience IE text messages every 10 days telling me that my bill is almost due, once my bill was 4 days late threats of cutting of service and extra fee text messages every day, then to top it off last June after being with them for 20 years one of my sons lost his phone, I paid the insurance every month “right” I called them; they didn’t want to pay for a new phone because he didn’t call them...

T-mobile is the worst experience I've had in a wireless carrier, they rob you blind by charging you more money then you agreed in your contract and they rob you blindly every month with 20$ restoration fee. Plus they have the worst customer service ever, they are rude, arrogant, and will hang up on you multiple times.
And they have been robbing me blind each month with bogus charges and service fees, I feel like this has been happening for too long to too many people and it need to stop.

A WARNING FOR ANYONE ORDERING ON-LINE. T-Mobile showed me their poor business practices before I even received my phones. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for doing this before I was activated and locked in!!!

I placed an order on Sunday, 08/10/14 for two phones and new service. I'm building credit, so I was charged a deposit and a portion down on each phone. No problem! T-mobil bad experience: after being with them for 5 years one of my daughters lost her phone, as I pay for insurance I called them; they disconnected her phone and authorized shipment of another. Same day "saturday" she found the phone, we called back they said to call on Monday as it was Saturday and the warehouse was closed. I asked her phone to be unblocked as she found it, they would not do it. They explained it was fraud and until I had proof the shipment was stopped... or they got it back they would not do it. The customer service at this store is TERRIBLE. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I used to love going to this store, except this time no one, and I mean NO ONE, knew anything and no one bothered to help me purchase a Samsung Note 3 ($750+). Worst customer service. My sister passed away on 11/27/13, we needed to cancelled her number for which I sent the proper documentation and no one can never find it. I took it personally to one of the branches. It seems like the operators don't record information appropriately, because every time I call I have to repeat this unfortunate history over and over again. My sister had my mother's phone number on the same account, reason why we needed to have the account adjusted and named accordingly. I was a t-mobile prepaid customer and I wanted to change to a post paid account. So the rep at t-mobile said ok they could do that, so I paid for the new sim card and they told me that once I get my sim card (they mailed it to me and I got it 2-6-14) that I would get my first bill by the first week of March. What I find out (after looking at my account info is I have a bill due 2-23-14, so I call t-mobile back and ask them why was this bill due so soon? I was a T-Mobile customer for almost 13 years. When the "President" of T-Mobile announced that contracts are "sh*t" and he would no longer have them I was impressed. I bought a T-Mobile phone on Monday, attempted to transfer my number from my original carrier, Straight Talk (who I have had the best service with, The ONLY reason I wanted to switch is because T mobile had the phone I wanted). I cancelled a phone line last August, but have been billed for an additional 10 months as the line was never cancelled (notes in their system indicated it was supposed to be cancelled, but no one did it).
In addition I have noticed 9.99 monthly charges on all three lines. I am told they were third party charges and only after I asked to speak with a supervisor did the rep agree to give me a 100% refund. The rep said "do you remember getting a text from such and such a number?" REALLY??
I had asked to have the lines blocked several months ago and that too was documented but...

I am actually going to get a new Mobile Phone just so that I can start using a different Mobile Provider because T-Mobile is aweful.

First, they told me and a witness that if we paid $60/month we would have free national and international calls. This turned out to be a lie, which of course we only found out AFTER we had paid the $60.
