A Brand New Bike had the same problem over and over. The pedal and pedal arm would come lose and fall off. After the fourth time taking it back. This is unacceptable. and I, m tired of the lip service from the manager, over and over and over again....

First me and my friend, Ahmed waiting to get my cloths from sportchek locker room. as were waiting i was sitting down and Ahmed was dribbeling the soccer ball and testing it, if he should buy IT or not. as i was sitting down the manager shawn comes up to me. And tells me to stop fooling around....
