Skechers USA Order missing 125215 size 7.5 grey lavender

My order

Style #: 125215 GYLV Color: GRAY / LAVENDER,Size: 7.5 Medium,Status: Shipped 1/8/24. Order # SKEC-US701566189. I called customer service on 1/20/24 and was told that my order will be there any day according to their records. When I communicate with UPS, I am told that first the package was missing and now it is damaged and will be inspected. No confirmation of any delivery dates from either company. The trustpilot complaints show similar issues with the same lack of customer service that Sketchers customer service provides advising the same "non answer" that the delivery will be there anyday. This is not consistent with UPS records. I want a refund it is now 1/21/24.

Claimed loss: cost fo the product that was never delivered.

Desired outcome: Refund. The shipper can file a claim for the refund from UPS.

Skechers USA poor quality of skechers performance shoes

i purchased a pair of performance shoes on the amazon site march 31/2023 and they were chipped on april 22, 2023 loved the shoes but shortly after purchase the soles started to come loose i contacted the company complaint [protected] and was asked and i complied for no less then ten pictures of the shoes all different view the only answer back was going back to step one asking for a repeat of the same that i sent them

Skechers USA Shoes

Hi,

I just bought Sketchers shoes from Lifestyle, India before my upcoming trip to USA. I wanted comfortable shoes for walking and bought the top notch product available in your product range (size UK 6, SN155637).

However, it's been only sixteen days since I arrived in USA and have been using them for walking every day. The shoes have expanded by almost quarter of an inch and cause my feet to slip forward. I have already twisted my ankle twice while simply walking.

This is not the product I was expecting. This product is unsafe and liable to cause permanent foot injury if I continue to use it.

I need a solution for my predicament at earliest as I carried only one pair of shoes due to weight constraints of international travel. Photos have been attached for reference. My contact number in USA is : [protected].

Skechers USA Sport tennis shoes

I am 76 years old and I got these shoes as a gift from my wife. I wear them when I go to the doctor or theraphy. I do not run or walk to exercise. The souls are coming off both shoes and the shoes show no noticeable wear. I always have liked this brand of shoe and hope this can be corrected. The shoes were bought at walmart in quincy wv, about 90 days ago. My wife did not keep the receipt and paid with a credit card which is paid in full each month, I really like the way the shoes fit and feel. I always ask for sketchers because of comfort and fit.

Desired outcome: i would like for the shoes to be replaced with new ones.

Skechers USA Shoes

I bought a pair of sketcher shoes.

I had not worn them much so when they fell apart they were outside of stores return limits. They gave me sketchers number.

After many calls I got an email address from store and was able to get a response.

They asked for pictures of shoe which I sent.

I received confirmation that they had accepted my claim.

They said shoes would be put as side for me and once I had destroyed old shoes and sent in pictures they would ship my new shoes.

I did that and they accepted pictures as proof of destruction and I should keep shoes in case they wanted them sent to them.

Now I’m told because they cannot get exact shoe I have to pay additional costs and purchase off of their website.

After many emails back and forth they are still refusing to honour their commitment of replacement.

Hoping talking to you will help.

This is to bring to your attention, we started the mall operations from 22nd Oct 2021, (1 year 9 months 22 days ; 660 Days) and we are facing challenge with Airtel network at our site. It is really difficult to connect through airtel network. Total mall area - 5 lakh sq. ft, about 115 stores, 5 screen multiplexes, 600 seater food court. Also, we have Anchor brands like Lifestyle, Home center, Pantaloons, Max, Reliance Digital, Reliance Footprint, Star Bazaar, Decathlon, PVR & many more. Skechers USA Men's skechers work 200097 d'lux walker oswah slip-resistant sneakers

I purchased a pair of these slip resistant shoe's on 4/2 . I work 32 hours a week and sometimes less. I have only had these shoes 4 months. I did buy them from Shoe Carnival online. I normally buy the cheaper slip resistant sketchers. I saw these and they were on sale so I splurged. They are super comfortable and very attractive. My feet didn't hurt anymore after work or during work. I thought I hit the jackpot. I thought, I would buy these again even if they are not on sale. One morning after just 4 months, I looked down to put on my shoes and noticed they were falling apart in so many different places. I was so infuriated. I emailed Shoe Carnival and submitted pictures of all angles. They apologized and said it was past there 60 day return policy. They offered nothing to make it right, not a discount on a new pair, replacement, a coupon, nothing. A shoe that cost $99.00 full price and 79.99 on sale should last more than 4 months, regardless of a 60 day return policy.. Slip resistant are suppose to be made to handle working in a kitchen. Food service workers do not make a ton of money and we work very hard. When we spend hard earned money on a shoe we expect it to last a little while. My cheaper sketcher's held up for 8-9 months sometimes longer. They were comfy but not like these shoes's were. If you ask me, I think they are not built to last at all. The quality is cut so one will have to buy them more often. I am just so disappointed.

Desired outcome: A replacement with a sincere apology. Maybe you tell me, this shoe should have lasted longer. The shoe is very comfortable, that is not the issue. I can provide proof of date of purchase.

Skechers USA sn 894050 color : black

The Skechers shoes in question were purchased just 4-5 months ago and worn approx 8-10 times during this period. I have attached all the relevant documents and proof of purchase for your perusal.

Photographs clearly show the quality of the product & the damage that has happened while wearing it for 8-10 times only

This is a sheer waste of money.

I implore you to conduct a thorough review of my claim and rectify this situation promptly. As a loyal customer of Skechers for many years, I had trusted in the brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

I expect a timely resolution to this matter, and I trust that you will treat my appeal with the urgency and fairness it deserves. Please acknowledge the receipt of this email and confirm that my appeal is being reviewed.

Skechers USA Womens shape up shoes

I recently received a pair of womens black size 9 sketchers shape up shoes for my birthday..i wore them half a day and felt my foot in an awkward position. My heel was way lower than the ball od my foot and i realized that the inside of the middle padding was falling.out in little pieces everywhere. i was at a track meet and walking started to be painful. I have plantar fasciitis and since i was not close to home had to wear these shoes until my granddaughter finished.her.races.

By.the time i finally got back home, my feet were in pain and swollen. . I am 59 years old and have arthritis in my knees. These shoes jabe aggravated my condition and have caused more harm to my already disabled walking ability. This is the first time i have had a outside sole just crumble away in less than a day.

Desired outcome: I would.like sketchers company to remedy.this.issue and back up this defect with an honorable satisfaction.guarantee showing they stand.behind their products.

Skechers USA Skechers shoes quality

I purchased a brand-new sketcher shoe, and I use it very rare (may be 20 times in a year). Recently I travelled on a business trip for three weeks, and I trust skechers shoes will be the only shoes that I need, then in less than two weeks, my left shoe has damaged. See the picture. (the damage in the left shoe). This is the first time I purchased a sketcher brand, but really the quality disappoints me.

Skechers USA Fed Ex Delivery

I supposedly received my Rolling Stones sneakers yesterday at 1 PM. Order number [protected]. Condo building. Went down as soon as I got the text. No sneakers in my mailbox or in the storage locker (with key to my mailbox as is posted). Could not get through to Skechers on phone (same annoying message repeated infinitely for 30 minutes). So I filed claim C112448004 with Fed Ex.

Desired outcome: I can't wait around forever. Please advise next steps and waiting weeks is not one of them....

Skechers USA Shoes were returned brand new and never worn and they can not issue my refund

I ordered a pair of non slip safety shoes from Skechers online. I have ordered from them several times over the years. I contacted them and received a UPS shipping label to return the shoes.

It’s been over two weeks since they’ve received them but yet I have not received my refund! I’ve spent hours on the phone and I’ve sent several emails asking them about my refund! They claim that they did receive the shipment but they have lost it in their warehouse! Absolutely ridiculous! They have lost me as a customer! I hope that nobody else has to deal with this!

Desired outcome: I just want my money back for the shoes that I returned to them! They were still in the box and never even opened!

Skechers USA Sales clerk rudeness experience

Salesclerk rudeness. I have never been treated by a business in my life, or a employee like I was treated today. I have worked in the corporate world in business for 57 years, and never have been put down like this. I am sure your store camera would have picked up the whole conversation. Accused me of lying, changing a price ticket! I insist you pull up the scene…. If I am wrong… I will apologize. But No one should be treated like this.

Skechers USA 5452 EW golf shoes

E5452 golf shoes are peeling in the toe box. The material is coming part at flex points and other areas. I have worn the shoes twice a week for 3 months and are looking very shabby. The spikeless soles show very little wear and are serviceable. I tried to treat the areas with a glue to keep the peeling from increasing, with no result. Sketchers were purported to be a great golf shoe, is why I purchased them. I only wear them now on the driving range. Our pro shop sells sketchers and I showed the deterioration to our pro, there was nothing he could do at the pro shop

Desired outcome: replqcement of the shoes of a comparable value in size 12 ew. color is of little importance though the shoes in question are white. i can forward pictures if required or rturn them if postage paid is provided

Skechers USA Shoes insoles coming apart

I bought a pair of Sketchers about a month ago at DSW shoes.

The inside sole lifted on both the left and right shoes and constantly slip with my foot inside each shoe. I can lift them up and replace them in the correct position, but they keep coming up.

I went to the store today and was told there was nothing that could be done, as they don't do refunds on used shoes.

Skechers USA Reward points not refunded when shoes were returned

I contacted Sketchers on 9/11 regarding the issue and never received a response back. I used $35 worth of rewards I had earned when I purchased the sandals and when I had to return them due to the fit not being right I was not credited my reward points back. Skechers USA A fitting measure of reprisal concerning Kanye's public comments on Jews.

In the space of a few days, Adidas and Sketchers both dropped Kanye West's account in response to his public commentary on Jews. Why is not this instant snub, costing him huge sums, in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution, which forbids excessive fines? Cruel, unusual punishments and excessive fines are forbidden in the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution.

At home, we have to watch these extreme measures.

Do Jews, or African Americans, or Asians, or anybody have the right to go for the jugular, when faux pas directed at them comes their way? What if some bum on the street made a wise crack? Would it be billions?

Desired outcome: Not the billions of dollars. Fine his big ship. Do not sink it.

Skechers USA Discoloration of sketcher shoes

Hey,

I've bought these paid of Sketchers in second week of August from Sketchers outlet in Giga Mall, Islamabad. Within 10 days the color from the front of shoe started to de-color and peal off. I took the shoe back to the outlet and complained, but they said this is because of a damage and did facilitated any further. I tried to explain them there has been no damage to the shoe and there are no physical evidence of any damage and it was entirely a manufacturing fault. But my request was not entertained.

I've tried to look to approach Sketchers USA but couldn't find any way of contacting them to file a complaint.

Looking forward for your action in this matter.

Skechers USA Golf shoes

Owned a pair of golf shoes 21 months that had a 24 month waterproof warranty with a full replacement if the defect was due to material and or workmanship. These shoes leaked after 21 months, because the upper part of the shoes separated from the lower(sole) of the shoes, because of a faulty job of gluing the material together. Contacted Skechers customer care by email and did not hear from them after 5 weeks. So, called customer care and got immediate action. After sending them pictures of the defect, I was instructed to return shoes via provided shipping label, and was told process would probably take 2 weeks but could take 3 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of no contact by Skechers, sent email, no response, and repeated email contact at 5 weeks with no response. Sent another email to customer care, no response. Called customer care and was informed that shoes were inspected and they were deemed to leak because of excessive wear. The shoes were worn between 70 and 80 times, which is twice a week for 9 months and far from excessive wear for golf shoes. The shoes were never allowed to stay in a hot car trunk and were always stored during the winter in a cool, dry place.

Do not know how someone could determine excessive wear when that person did not know anything about wearing habits of the customer.

Desired outcome: I want Skechers to honor their written warranty for a full replacement of the defective shoes.

Skechers USA Damaged sneakers

Ordered a pair of Skechers Skech-Air washable lace up sneakers (hot pink) First time I wore them a red stain developed on the left sneaker, big toe area. Thought I injured my toe. I didn't. Washed the sneakers. Stain came almost entirely out. Wore them again... same red stain appeared in the same spot. I didn't spill/step in anything. I contacted customer service 3x's via email w/photos of the stain asking if it could be some type of dye. Never got a response. The sneakers aren't cheap. Customer service SUCKS.

Desired outcome: I'd like to someone to look at the photos and tell me how to make the red stain stop appearing!
