The inscription is pay and I dont have any service for one month I pay 24.95

I been sending emails to them I never have and answer.they close my suscription a week or aweek and half a go. I would like to know where the money goes. I start in may14.for one month. and I dont receive any explication. whats is going on I dont know. please sendmy some advice. thanks....
