Date: 03-07-2008 14:45:13, this was the date that i placed my order, and on March 17th, the money was taken off of my Visa. I have checked almost on a daily basis for the shipping details since then, and my order still says processed. I have sent numerous emails to the "customer service"...

Ordered products on November 24, 2008 today is December 2, 2008 recieved one email stating that order was being processed within minutes of placing order, since then nothing... no replys to emails, nothing about order being shipped.
Looked a better business bureu (BBB) for that company...
