I enter Spanish lotteries through an Agency based in Europe, among others, one of them is E.L.G.I have had several wins and everytime i was asked by Security Company Staff to Pay Before the Cheque Could be Issued, Legally they cannot make such Requests, Its not a Scam It Could Be that somehow...
