SENSIBLE-HLP.COM have charged £20.62 to my credit card with no authorisation!! Who are these people and how do I stop them stealing my money?? How do I get it back! It seems there are many complaints about this company so why are they still operating! They are clearly fraudsters!!...

I have been charged £ 1.85 on 17/10/08 and a further £ 26.75 on 22/10/08, for reasons unknown to me and I believe they are unauthorised charges.

Please refund the above amounts as a matter of urgency or provide proof of my authorisation.

I have also been charged by this company and have made an FTC complaint. I advice everyone who has something to say about this and other companies who take money out of bank accounts without authorication to do the same....

You have charged after a 2.95 charge a few days earlier in September 08 then 29.95 to my debit card in September, October and November 2008 with no authorization to do so. FYI other people out there we had gotten two funny emails from airlines about making reservations and just ignored them...
