Description of Incident:
Salutaris water bottles are coming with the lid (cap) too hard to open and caused me an injury in my finger. I think that the company must review why the cap is too hard to be opened, because it is a risk to open it. Desirable Resolution can be upon your consideration. Any consideration will be acceptable.
