Ruby Tuesday Order # 24488647872479233

Order # 24488647872479233. I placed this order today 02/05/2024 at around 3:15 for a 4:30 pickup. My wife got there at 4:30 and had to wait outside for an additional 10 minutes for the order to be brought out. Not only did they not have the order on time, I added a Rewards Chocolate cake with Ice Cream. They included the cake, but forgot the ice cream in the freezer! I had to call and ask what happened to my order. I spoke to the manager on the phone and got no aplogy and no explanation as to why my order was late and why the ice cream was left out. They adised iti was in the freezer and I could come and pick it up. Fortunately, I do not live far away so it wasn't a long return trip for the ice cream. I've ordered several times for pick-up and this was the first and I hope the last time I get this kind of response. Was very disappointed in the service. Jose D. Vieira, [protected]@verizon.net.

Ordered take out 45 mins in advance. Arrived at scheduled time and had to wait an addition 10 mins for the order to be brought out. Order was incomplete and had to make a return trip to get forgotten items left out of the order.

Ruby Tuesday Service

I am reporting location 4165 Easton MD to the Maryland Health Department. My family is became ill after eating at this location. The location smells of raw swage and the the odor is coming from the salad bar / Bathroom area. I am not sure why this restaurant is allowed to remain open in such a horrible condition. I complain to Manager Elisa and she was very dismissive as if this was a known issue and 4 other customers complained as well while I was in the restaurant. I came in at today 2/2/2024. Check number 2217 Server who was very nice by the way Melani C assisted us but the food made us sick and there is a serious health consider with the raw sewage coming from a water source in this restaurant.

Claimed loss: I will be going to the PCP on Monday

Desired outcome: I want my money back $46.98 and an investigation into this issue

Ruby Tuesday Ultimate chicken sandwich

[protected] 8:00pm Ruby Tuesday Tower Rd Denver, CO. I ordered the Ultimate Chicken sandwich, after eating half of it I was going to ask for a to-go box and looked at the middle of the Chicken, IT WAS RAW! Manager was called and at 1st they were going to comp my meal, then came back and comped they whole table. I spent a night VERY SICK and had a very uncomfortable and embarrassing early flight.

[protected]. This is my raw Ultimate Chicken sandwich that I had half eaten before noticing the chicken. I ended up with food poisoning and an embarrassing and very uncomfortable flight this morning.

Sebastian FL, Ruby Tuesdays @ 13675 US-1 Roseland FL 32958. This is only a complain on condition of building. This place needs to be renovated! Get rid of the carpet. Bathrooms are awful. It’s not the management’s fault. They do the best they can with what they have. This is a corporate failure! Start cleaning up your buildings. Vero Beach FL is no better. We what to support our local restaurants but you have to do bettter.

Ruby Tuesday Meal price discrepancy!

I am writing this to file a compliant as I have written recently and never received a response. I had dined at Ruby Tuesday at 3000 N. Federal Hwy Jensen Beach with my wife on January 12 for lunch My wife and I had ordered the Fish and Chips special for $9.99 but instead were charged $12.99. I told the waiter that it was the special but he rang up the higher amount. My check number for my meal was 3415 and my waiter was named Zachary. I would like some sort of satisfaction because this never should have happened. I am a regular customer at Ruby Tuesday and this was very disturbing. My name is Robert Shottland and my cell number is [protected] and my home address is 841 S.W. Sail Terrace 34953 and gave you this information so hopefully we can resolve this issue. Ruby Tuesday Product/ service

We visited Ruby Tuesday’s #7890 on

23 November 2023 at 11:47 AM.

We waited over an hour after ordering our meals. Several other parties left without being served. Once served our food was awful. One person in my party found a hair in her tilapia. The rib-eye steaks looked more a flat iron steak (paper thin). The crap legs were cold and so small-hardly any meat. I did not get any melted butter for dipping.

Truly the worst food experience ever. I will never return to this establishment as several other parties said the same thing.

Ruby Tuesday Steak

I was with my family on 9/9/2023 at your restaurant. My daughter and I ordered each a steak from the menu. It was horrible. I t looked like road kill and was very thin. I would have complained to my server but I had my grandkids with me and did not want to make a scene. I paid a $141.00 for this meal which is a rip off. Ruby Tuesday The dining experience that I was subjected to on Wednesday, Sept 6, 2023

On Sept 6, 2023 myself, my husband and two friends went to Ruby Tuesday #3700 in Tullahoma, TN 37388 to have lunch about 11:45am and enjoy fellowship.

Three of us (myself and two others ordered the Ruby Tuesday classic hamburger meal. The other guest ordered the salmon meal. On that particular morning there was only ONE server for the entire restaurant including the bar area. I don't know how many cooks were there.

It took fifty minutes for three orders to come out of the kitchen. Mine hamburger did not come out of the kitchen until all the other people had. already eaten their food. My hamburger meat was so burned and dry that it wasn't recognizable. The bun was hard and dry also. In hindsight, I should have cancelled my order but I was too shocked as to do that.

The other people had to wait until their hamburgers were cold before they could get condiments for the hamburgers.

The server kept apologizing to us and other people in the restaurant for all the delays. I did not see a manager, someone to seat us or anyone else except for the ONE server working in the restaurant.

I went to the restaurant female restroom and I toilet was stopped up and paper all over the place. The trash can was overflowing. It did not look like the restroom had been cleaned from the day before!

After this experience we made the decision not to ever go back and eat there.

I would like to get my moneyback for my $10.99 hamburger meal and find another local restaurant.

Ruby Tuesday I canceled my order and I am still being charged $57.76 on my card.

This is the second time this has happened to me with the coupons. When you order online the coupons don't work. So the first time I called the manager. I told him I was charged wrong and got the wrong food with my meal. He told me I could get one meal at full price and the other at $3.00. So on 6/23 I order my meal and didn't get the coupon so I canceled my order and still waiting for my order. Then order my food again they put in a different meal I didn't get the same meal and got charged $26.74. this is what I order.;

Ruby Tuesday Service at Ruby Tuesday worst service I have ever had in my life. You need to close this restaurant down now. Will never eat there again

I ate at Ruby Tuesdays in Largo Maryland off of Route 202 today Sunday February 5, 2023. Today is my Birthday. It took 30 minutes to get waited on. One hour to get my food. 45 minutes to get the check. The waitress told me she would bring me an ice cream sundae. After 30 minutes she told me she had no one to make it. We were at this restaurant 3 hours. Worst Birthday I ever had. I will never go there again and will not recommend anyone else to go there. You should close this restaurant down because you have no one to work there.

Ruby Tuesday Service and quality of food

Denver, Colorado, Tower Road location.

On Fri. Dec 22, 2022, placed a pickup order at 6:09pm then received email stating the order would be ready at 6:22pm. After walking 4 blocks in -3 degree temps, had to wait another 35 minutes until order was ready. Did receive a nominal apology from one server who also offered a 'free drink' for the inconvenience but I declined, due to the long wait...

Upon returning to the hotel, found that the order was completely botched: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad was with ICEBURG LETTUCE (NOT ROMAINE) and hard-as-rock black croutons, with NO dressing whatsoever; crispy chicken tenders had NO dipping sauce with a few tater tots, NOT the requested french fries; and the crispy shrimp platter came with NO dipping sauce, either. Did call to express frustration but was on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up. Considering the poor service and weather conditions, did not return in person.

Unbelievably frustrated after getting stranded in Denver due to flight issues - the meal could not be eaten and enjoyed to any degree.

TOTAL COST was $60.85 including unwarranted tip. Have supplied photos. Happy to share with social media, if needed.

Have never been to a Ruby Tuesdays - and now, not sure about returning.

Would appreciate a full refund.

on december 16, 2022 i placed a order on line at rubytuesday at 3;16. i did the final order by submitting my order and realize the order was not at my location, i called the location, which was in Bartow Florida and not Winter Haven Fl. i spoke to a lady and she cancelled my order but she said that i would have to go to my email to request for a refund for my order. i tried to send a message through their email but i have not received any response. i tried calling headquarters but i could not reach a live person,

Ruby Tuesday Waterville maine - food quality

We went in at approx 11:15 on Sunday 12/18 for lunch.

I will say, we have gone many times prior and never had this experience, however never on a Sunday.

We feel as though, the food that was served to us, was made days prior and I would have been ashamed to serve that to anyone!

First, we ordered the appetizer plate that has a combo of a few items. Most were okay, however, the spinach and artichoke dip was sour, not as sour in a good way, as if the cheese was so old sour. It was thick and lumpy as it had been left over from a day or maybe two and reheated.

We also ordered the chicken parm, which in every way was as poor quality as could be. The pasta was so hard, dry, and stuck together you could not ever attempt to eat it! The pasta did not have sauce on it, but more staining of what may have been sauce days ago when it was made. The chicken was dry inside and appeared cooked more than once on the outside as it was so dark and crunchy, again not edible. The sauce and cheese on the chicken looked dried up as well.

We did order the new crab cake dinner, they were extremely salty and could tell this was just breading with a can of shredded crab. They were acceptable, but overpriced for what they were.

I owned my own catering company for years, make my own homemade sauces and pasta, and don't expect that quality at a Ruby Tuesday, however, I do not expect to be served food that is not even edible.

The server was nice and offered to bring it to the cook.. however, honestly, why would we want another serving of the same?

We spent over $60.00 and ate maybe 1/10th of what was served! This experience has made us think twice about revisiting Ruby Tuesdays as we feel if this is the pride you take in your food, why would we spend our money at your restaurant.

Ruby Tuesday Management attitude

My wife and I went to ruby Tuesday in Inverness fl yesterday. We were seated at 3:42 after about 10 minutes a server girl came over and informed us that our waitress would be with us shortly as she was just starting her shift. When our waitress took our order for two cheeseburgers and tots they were out of tots so we tried for onion rings they were out. The restaurant was running a special on burgers before 4pm were 5.99 and my wife had her free burger coupon for har birthday. When the bill came they had charged us full price for one burger and the other was free. I told her that the burger was on sale for 5.99. She informed us that it was 4pm when we ordered So we explained that we were there well before 4. She walked off and said that she didn't understand then a manager came over and informed us of the time, again we explained the time and then he called me a liar and said no one has been setting for 15 plus minutes waiting so I retrieved the girl that had informed us that our girl would be with us shortly. So that proved him wrong so he changed to we could not combine coupons. We informed him we had one coupon for the free burger and the other was free as a birthday gift. He still argued so another mngr came in and we had to go thru the whole thing again Then he finally wrote the check for the 5.99 price. By the time we got home we were so mad about the whole ordeal. We just could not believe they would treat customers so badly.

Ruby Tuesday Food

I ordered food from Ruby Tuesday today. The food was terrible. My dad said the food smelled old. It was approximately 4:53 pm I picked up the ribeye steak, shrimp, corn and mashed potatoes. He tried to eat some of it. I understand they were understaffed, but my dad should not have to suffer for it when he is paying $24.06 for something he can't even enjoy.

Ruby Tuesday Full rack of ribs not a full rack!!

While manufacturers of many goods are downsizing their packages rather than raising prices, it appears that Ruby Tuesday is doing the same. Pursuant to their Buy One Entree Get One For $3, we ordered two full racks of ribs to go. When we got home we discovered that one "full rack" contained only 19ribs instead of the usual 12. The other rack contained 10 ribs. They would never get away with this if you were dining at the restaurant because you could simply count the number of ribs at the table. But they probably figure that with to go orders no one is going to dig the items out of the bag and count the ribs at the restaurant.

Desired outcome: An apology and promise to discontinue this practice on unsuspecting customers would be nice.

Ruby Tuesday Being placed on hold for 11 minutes just to place an order,

I called Ruby Tuesday on October 12, 2022, at 11:01 am, to put in my order for lunch, the guy asked me to hold on a minute, I was placed on for 11 minutes before I decided to hang up. I called on Friday spoke with a lady told her what happen, she apology and OFFERED me a free meal, I didn't ask for, but was going to get it. So, guess what NO FREE MEAL! HAHAHAHA, joke on me!

Desired outcome: The response that i got from the lady, was like she didn't want to hear. Nothing was done!!!!

Ruby Tuesday Spin to win promotion

The most recent promotion offered by Ruby Tuesday is a a chance to wil $1,000,000,000. As an alternituve they offer free food. Chicken sandwiches, salad bar, cheese sticks, shrimp, lava cake, hogie sandwich. The add claims no purchase requird. I have had problems getting the coupon honored at the Scottsboro Alabama location. As I sit here today I am over hearing another customer be denied the use of her coupon as well. Why does Ruby Tuesday run a promotion they refuse to honor. We as customers log in and spin to win each day and some days noting is offered. The days we log in and spin and actually win an alternative to the grand prize of a free menu item we are hasseled by the employees and being told we can't use our coupon. I consider Ruby Tuesdays promotion to spin to win a scam. I didnt win the grand prize and I can't use the coupons I was emailed. Why offer a promo and not honor it. Scam.

I had a situation occur last night that I am completely appalled with, never in my life have I ever heard or expected a response like I was given last night. It sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen leaving Ruby Tuesday/ Pasta Americana liable.

I ordered Pasta Americana Pace Florida Location, Which operates out of the Ruby Tuesday Located at 4917 US-90, Pace, FL 32571. I had Grubhub deliver the order. This is the 5th time I have ordered and only recieved my order right once out of the 5. Last night I was upset and reached out to the store to voice my concerns. The associate that answered the phone, I asked her to verify the order which she read back to me verbam of what I ordered with my special instructions. I had tried to make a funny comment about how the order was wrong but you had the order correct and she then transferred me to the manager "TYLER".. Tyler is your corporate liability issue in my opinion. I explained the situation and his response is that the kitchen doesn't see the special requests that there is a computer system error. He also stated that the corporation is aware of this problem and has been for months.So no special requests are available. I then replied how is it that I have ordered the same the last 5 times and 1 time it was correct if they don't see the requests? He became offensive and said it must have been a Grub Hub issue then. How is it a Grub Hub issue if they are just picking up the order their not making the food in the kitchen?

Here is where my biggest concern comes in and where you should be concerned, what if my request is a dietary request an allergy and according to "TYLER" the manger the kitchen doesn't see these requests and you have made my food with the item I am allergic too, and lets take that to the next step I don't know the item is in my food and I eat it and get sick or can't get to my epipen. Now what ? I did what I was supposed to do.I notified the restaurant I made the special request but your Kitchen doesn't see them ? I think you know where I'm going with this.

I got no were with "TYLER" even trying to handle the problem, rectify the situation, or even say they were sorry. No Apology! I knew I was speaking to just hear myself talk, I just hung up and dealt with what we had received.

I do hope to receive a prompt response to this issue.I also hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

I have attached yesterday's order receipt from the restaurant which is very faint. The ink must have been low. I also attached the order from yesterday. As well as my previous order receipts

showing the pattern.
