This company, royal publishing, is the only reason my family has ever had anything. The owner is a wonderful man, many I've known since I was 4 years old. I love my job. Do not group is in with frauds. A+ rating. Do your research and respect us.

This statement about royal publishing is completely untrue. My mother has worked here for 25 years and I know the owner personally. The business was started in 1979 and has come a very long way. WE HAVE AN A+ RATING WITH THE BBB. WHOMEVER posted us in regards to this company just doesn't appreciate the hard work we do. We make agreements with the iesa, ihsa, etc, school directors and you may contact the school you are concerned with to find who gave us permissions to make the programs. Without us making these programs, these schools won't have programs period. We don't charge the schools anything to make these programs. Without us, and the businesses who buy the ads, they won't have any programs. It's on us. It's our specialty. IF THE SCHOOL DOESN'T MAKE IT TO THE TOURNAMENT AS A PRETTY QUALIFIER AND YOU BOUGHT AN AD, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED YOUR MONEY AND THE AD WILL BE TAKEN OUT. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. SOME PEOPLE ARE LIARS, I HAVE SO MUCH PRIDE FOR MY ROYAL FAMILY. we work so hard. We are not frauds. We are the reason your families get your souvenir programs. We couldn't do it without the support of the local businesses who sometimes get confused and make false accusations and assumptions because they don't understand. If your team doesn't make it to the tournament, we DON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY. Understand, we care for our customers and our families. I've been calling my home town trying to make a program for volleyball in Dunlap il and people call me a fraud in my own home town. They are wrong. My company is full of families and very caring humans who just want to make sports programs and...live. thanks.

As a long time employee of Skyline Publishing I wish our name would stop being associated with companies such as Elite/Kelly Publishing and others like them. I personally know nothing about Solid Oak Marketing so I can't comment but I hope they are doing legitimate business. We hire qualified individuals who are honest and trustworthy, If you prove not to be then you are terminated. Each and every salesperson is monitored daily to ensure everyone is being honest and doing exactly what they are supposed to. We have a college educated graphic design department and a wonderful shipping team who work hard to produce the best products we can. We send out thousands of maps and guides each week as promised and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on postage every year. Unlike companies like Elite Publishing no one is getting rich here by taking money from customers and never printing a product. We are all making an honest living and make sure we are producing what we say. It is unfortunate that some individuals get upset because they don't want to pay their bill or they don't bother to take the time to ask questions and just assume something bad and they go on these "SCAM" websites and add their 2 cents. Yes it is everyone's right to do so but a responsible business owner would know to get all the facts before you slander someone. We have over 200, 000 customers and counting, and we try to make every one is happy but sometimes no matter what you do including cancelling their ad they won't be happy. Some people just liek to complain. We can't and won't let that drag us down. We will continue to offer quality products at an affordable price. We have never been more successful and have no plans on going anywhere. If any previous, current, or prospective customers have questions or concerns we urge you to call us directly and we would be happy to help you. Our phone number is [protected] or [protected] and we are open M-F 8AM-4PM CST.

Ive actually worked for two of the businesses listed here, and believe me when i say I am the one who had to lift 40 plus BOXES of maps and magazines, if the quality isnt up to par, then go pay 1200 a yr for the Yellow pages, its 200 A YEAR, do you want to retire after such a large investment, i think not. Every business has " not perfect" employees. And you want to look down on someone who takes ex orisoners off the street and gives them a job, but you want to cry when they kick in your front door. for 200 a year, if 1/4 of what they say is true then youre getting youre money back, I literally just went and dumped over 7000 copies of maps LAST WEEK all of ones that had been printed, so albeit they may not be perfect, no one is, look up mcdonalds bbb complaints, walmart, etc.,

I worked for these people back when they were Kelly Publishing about 7 years ago as a designer. Same guy running it. I had no idea they were rip off artists and I was later informed he had spend time in prison. I never would have taken the job if I had none but I later quit for a legit job. Totally unprofessional place and people worked there.

Do not deal with these people! Skyline Publishing aka Loyalty Publishing, Inc. Check out Attorney General Robyn Zieglers investigations and findings. Just Google "Loyalty Publishing in Peoria, IL". There are 8 out of state Attorney General complaints and 1 in state for defrauding school system that they settled. They had to donate 5, 000 to school system and have written permission to use schools name. Changed name in 2008 and opened again with a PO box instead of Glenn Ave. Will try to extort and threaten you for money they claim you owe but never did. BEWARE and write to, Lisa Madigan Attorney General State of Illinois, if you do receive a threatening call from them and/or if they have charged you for a product or service they have not delivered on! (Just by answering your phone they believe you owe them money!). They also have numerous scam reports and BBB complaints! They are defrauding people across the country trying to collect on advertising they never even published! There is no evidence that their “brochure” or “Relocation Guide” or “Maps” are printed and distributed anywhere. In fact, you will probably find it hard to obtain a list of distribution points and if you do, go there to verify that your ads are they because I guarantee either the Distribution Point has never heard of Skyline or they do not exist all together! There is no written contract nor is there any suggestion of a verbal agreement and then they try to trap you into a verbal contract with a bogus recording & this has to stop now! Call or write the Illinois State Attorney’s Office and put an end to these scheming malicious criminals!

The owner of Elite is a drugged out ### hole. He has some hooker named Kim answering running the front office. None of his designers have any sort of degrees. His call staff are all convicts and liars. His name is Tom Alksnis. He has the business in his daughters me but don't be fooled. Its all Tom. The business is a fraud who keeps an attorney on speed dial to keep on "legally" ripping people off. Never, ever do business with them.

We Have been a customer with SKYLINE PUBLISHING since 2009. The relocation / visitor guides is what we advertise in and we are very satisfied with their product and distribution. It's also hard to believe whomever claimed they worked for these companies would be considered for employment. FYI: spell check is free. I am a Business owner myself and sometimes it's hard to please everyone in this world. The economy is rough and there is always someone looking to get something free of charge. Don't believe what you hear.

Beware of Skyline Publishing! The copy I recieved from them was a very poor quality 20 or so page booklet printed on poor paper material with pixalated images. There is either a big quality control issue or something. And now I've read of all the other people upset with this company. From poor quality too not distributing the magazines as discussed. They send you a proof, and with that proof tell you cancellations will not be accepted.

Our company was just contacted by this company claiming that they were publishing a guide for our local Chamber of Commerce which is totally untrue. They sent businesses copies of ads from our Chamber's book and claimed these ads appeared in their last publication. Totally untrue. Plus, the ads they sent were in a copyrighted publication which is against the law. DO NOT TRUST THESE COMPANIES! I know because they contacted my company and we are the company that is the official publisher of the Chamber of Commerce Publications. The ad they sent me is one we created about our agency for the chamber book.

This comment is in response to the business Solid Oak Marketing. We have at no time committed fraud as stated above. We value our clients as well as the quality of our services. In no way shape or form are we guilty of the above stated. Please feel free to contact us at [protected] and we will provide you with a lengthy list of clients whom are overly satisfied with the quality of our services.

We would also like to point out, that we have attempted to have our Solid Oak removed from this posting due to slander. We are currently pursuing legal action for these slanderous and unverified comments. We would also like to point out, that a few days following this post, we received an extortion letter. As you can see below, this website does not verify the validity of the original post, but they are more than willing to remove it for the "low" price of $2, 200 a year.

Extortion letter verbatim:

"Postings whether true or false will affect how new prospective clients view
your business. These postings impact the dollars you spend to promote your
business on the internet.

We are able to eliminate these derogatory comments for a one time fee of
$999.00 and a monthly maintenance fee of $ 99.00.

If you are not currently being affected with derogatory remarks we can
prevent any future remarks from appearing with our
Preventative Maintenance program. This program is a one time fee of $
500.00 and monthly maintenance fee of $ 99.00."

So in conclusion, we feel these comments have been clearly made in order to extort Solid Oak and it's dependent employees. Please disregard these statements, as they are unwarranted and completely untrue. Anyone with a computer can apparently slander your name and then attempt to extort you to remove it.

Warmest Regards,

Solid Oak Management
