I downloaded a couple of ringtones from their website and they asked for my CC Info just incase I want to 'upgrade' my services later so I filled out this section... Then 2 weeks later, I see a $19.99 charge on my CC for "ringtone downloads', what the heck???? I want a refund!...

Clicked on to get free ringtone not to join club $20.00 was charged to my pre-paid phone, which is not acceptable, besides phone didn't receive any tones....

I did an online "IQ test" where they requested my cell number so they could text the result. I then received a text saying that i had been charged $19.99...

You check out an advertisement for free ringtone on the internet, sign up for nothing and the next thing yuou know they are collecting $ 9.99 out of your account for some stupid jokes they are going to text you. If I wanted to read jokes I would buy a JOKE BOOK. What a joke, what has to be done...
