unauthorized charging for ring tones

I received a text message to my cell phone regarding a $9.95 a month billing for their services after viewing their promotion of a "BOGUS" free ringtone offer..I did NOT authorize any need for this service and will NOT pay for it..Further action WILL be taken to stop this billing....
