We purchased 4" white oak select through www.flooringwarehousedirect.com. The lumber was milled by Taylor Lumber. The floor cupped and we hired a National Wood Flooring inspector whose analysis said the wood was over dried. Taylor's sales manager, who we understand is not a NWFA inspector....
