Unauthorized Charges

I am incurring unauthorized charges from 75714- Ringaza Alerts and 36726 Ringtone.com Alerts. Both appear to be the SAME company. Total charges to date $29.97 + $9.99 = $39.96. Alltel claims they cannot cancel the service. My 68 yr old mother can not POSSIBLY be requesting this... she barely...

I went on this web site just to check out what there was in FREE ringtones and I did not want to pay for anything nor did I register for anything, but received a $ 9.99 charge fro Ringaza on my altell bill and DO NOT WANT ANY MORE CHARGES. I HAVE NOT RING TONES FROM THEM, AND DO NOT WANT TO...

I was charged 9.99 from ringaza alerts on my alltel bill. I did not request any service from this company nor did i ok them to bill me or my service provider for anything....
